I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. This facility went above and beyond. I arrived with a car problem and no appointment. They were quick to respond, identify the problem, arrange to have the repairs completed and get me into a loaner car so I could get to work. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This was my first visit to this dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was introduced to my salesman James Stevens who made me feel at ease with his low pressure approach. We arrived at what I considered a fair price on both the sale and my trade-in. I had a misunderstanding about some aspects of the closing but Scott Baker stepped in and made sure I fully understood the process which then proceeded to my complete satisfaction. Beautiful dealership with lots to choose from. I would be happy to do business with them again.
