After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
I got a flat tire going through a car wash. Kyle was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Because he has an SS too, he knew exactly what to do. My tire was replaced even though it took a long time to get. Everyone is always very polite. Matt helps me too but he was on vacation. My husband Ron always was pleased with the service at Dave White's and I also am. The employees there represent their owner very well!
Lil D #dwain helpped my sister in laws friend out with her steaming tire. We we're at a loss on a venture we could not go back on. We thought we were done for. Until we saw the sighn! The blue colored building drew us in for our savior, lil.d. thanks lil.d. your the best!
I have been putting off buying another car for quite sometime, so yesterday I was online looking at car dealerships and remembered I said if I ever bought a car it would be at Dave White due to the fact I was at a store and I held the door for a gentleman who in turned said Have a blessed day. That was enough for me. Guess What!! I was so right thanks to Jon Dunphy the salesperson and the financial person Tracy, (I was so happy about the experience sorry forgot the financial persons name) They made me feel great about car buying experience I thank them so much for their kindness and trustworthiness, not stressed or pressured into anything.
