I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry. There certainly need to be more salesmen like him and will care for you after you drive that large purchase off the lot. Thank you Dan, now a friend and forever a customer!
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!! Went in for oil change and Service Tech made me aware of Scheduled Maintenance my vehicle was due which they were able to take care of that day instead of having to make an extra trip. I appreciate them keeping my vehicle up to date.
Wonderful and very welcoming. Tyler Nevill knew his business! No long waits and more importantly no pressure. I told him what I wanted and that's what he provided. I will be returning to this location.
My daughter and I went shopping for her new car and the salesman that goes by "Sauce" was not pushy and made the experience very comfortable and easy. She wound up buying a brand new 2018 red Malibu. If you need a new car or a used one go see the "Sauce" he will treat you right.
THE ONLY THING I HAD A PROBLEM WAS I HAD SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS, AND WHEN I GOT
THERE A COUNTER PERSON TOLD ME IT WAS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY AND THAT THEY WERE ONLY
DOING OIL CHANGES. I EXPLAINED TO HIM I HAD DRIVEN ALL THE WAY FROM CASTROVILLE TX BUT HE JUST TOTALLY IGNORED ME.I DON'T KNOW HIS NAME BUT I THINK HE'S THE ONLY WHITE HAIR GUY THERE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN. THE LADY THAT SET UP THE APPOINTMENT NEVER SAID
ANYTHING ABOUT BEING CUSTOMER'S APPRECIATION DAY. I'M DEALING WITH JOSH NOW. HE ROCKS. HE IS IS WHAT A EXCELLENT COUNTER GUY SHOULD BE. THANK JOSH FOR ME FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
