We dealt with Danny and everything went smoothly. Went in late on a Thursday night to start the process. He really took the time to understand our needs and current position. Went back on Saturday to finish the search and find our vehicle. Not only were we able to get out of our lease on a small car but got into the SUV we needed for our growing family. Ended working out a deal on a 2nd car as well so we drove off the lot with 2 new cars. Typical wait while we finalized paperwork but didn't feel cheated or swindled or limited on what we were looking at.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
Scott Spiegel called one morning and after a very informative conversation we ended with I'll let you know when I'm ready. When ready my wife and I showed up at the dealer ship to buy. As luck would have it Scott had taken a couple of days off. Steven Lewis stepped up when we arrived and handled all details for us. They located the truck, had it brought over from another location, prepped it and delivered it to us that afternoon. Eric Tanner did the paper thing and I'm glad to say I had the pleasure to meet him. Overall a completely pleasant experience.

First of all, this dealership DOES NOT negotiate. At least that's what was relayed. They don't negotiate, and they over-price their cars, compared to other ones of the same year, make, model, and mileage. You can find cheaper ones, way cheaper ones, at other dealerships. So if you're okay with paying a price for a car that you can buy for much less at another dealership, be my guest. But I would definitely consider all options before stopping here.
I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
