I have found this dealership to be a well run, professional organization. My experience involved a cars.com search with a early afternoon trip from a Rochester suburb to Evans to review a specific used car. A natural issue for anyone trading a used car is perceived vs actual value of the car being traded. This was seamless at Evans. My car had come mechanical issues (at 135,000 miles most cars do) and Evans was fair and reasonable when valuing my trade. That allowed me to focus on the late model low mileage certified Chevrolet that brought me to the dealership. I couldn't find anything wrong! Not with the finance (3.09% APR from their banker vs 4.29% my credit union offered); not with the expedited paperwork; nothing. I'm a fussy quality engineer. Evans matched my attention to detail. No question. I will not hesitate to consider Evans in the future. Of course, the new-to-me late model Malibu has been terrific. This is my fourth Malibu (Impala before that). Great car at a great price.
I have been a customer of Bill Cram Chevrolet since 1994. I have bought cars, leased cars, had them serviced there and had damage repaired in their body shop. It is the only dealership I will do business with. No matter which department you are dealing with the employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. My recent business was turning in my lease car early and taking out a new lease. The salesman, Chip, and the sales manager, Tim, were a pleasure to work with. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with.
The best experience I have had hands down! We will be going back to them around the spring time! Got us a newer, better vehicle (the 1st one was nice as well). When we asked for thexample new one, they worked hard and got us approved for a better rate and payment then the original approval! The whole staff was so friendly with our sons. It was a fantastic environment overall! I bet the whole staff is great to work with, but Grace definitely impressed us that day! Awesome to work with! They won't push you into something you don't want. You pick it, and they make it happen.
I worked with Vince and Randy. Both were terrific, they got back to me fast with quotes and answers, and tried to get me as many incentives as possible. I ended up leasing somewhere else, but that was ONLY due to a color we wanted. They were great to work with and very helpful and friendly.
