Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
I???ve always dreaded the sales experience of purchasing a new vehicle. I was blown away at the treatment I received when purchasing my Chevy Equinox. It was stress free and actually enjoyable! The entire staff was extremely courteous. My salesman Tony went above and beyond in making sure that I was pleased with my experience! Just an awesome experience purchasing a car and getting out of leasing, to continue on my journey of retiring in the Spring. Like most people buying a car is a big financial decision to make and like most people afraid of salesmen, but there was never any pressure from the staff specially my salesman Jobin Grandstrom from Videon Chevrolet. Jake Levine was our sales person and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! From the minute we arrived to the dealership (which was 6:30pm on a Friday) to the minute we left (9:30pm) we never felt rushed or like we were keeping him there after hours. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, personable & fun. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy but in no-time I was seeing the car I ended up buying just after telling him what we were looking for. I am truly amazed by the service we received from him & Jon in Finanace. I still am blown away that I walked into a dealership not sure of what I was going to get, traded 2 cars, set up financing, paperwork complete & out the door in 3 hours. That has NEVER happened before. I even went back the next morning to bring our 2nd car we were trading in and he answered a few questions and showed us some things inside the care; rather than blow us off because he already sold us a car. He even offered up his cell that I can text him with questions. I have NEVER had this amazing service anywhere else. Give him a big raise because he totally deserves it. Thank you!!!!
Taking the pressure of finding a replacement car for our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee became easier with the Elkins team. After test driving a number various competitors vehicles, the choice to go with the Equinox became easy. Not only was the personnel at Elkins extremely helpful and never made you feel that you were being pressured, they took the time to understand exactly what you were looking for in a car and the amount you were willing to consider spending, to get into a new vehicle. Not only does he know his stuff, he made sure my wife and I understood all the features that the Equinox had and how to use them. He spent considerable time with us and when he was done, gave us his contact numbers should we need additional help. Elkins Chevrolet clearly demonstrated what customer care is all about, and my wife and I were extremely happy that we chose such a great dealership.
