I recently had an issue with my late model Chevy. The dealership took me rite in, tentatively diagnosed the issue and keeping the car overnight fixed the problem. Courtesy rides home and pickup the next day and return to the dealership. Their customer waiting lounge is always very clean with many amenities like big screen TV, Desktop with computer and plenty of comfortable seats. Along with always stocked snacks and coffee/tea. They are very professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the solution to it. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist or the auto dealership. But my visits to Simms Chevy have always left me with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
The staff at Simms Chevrolet are very friendly from top to bottom. They are professional and will do whatever it takes to help you make feel welcome and well informed with whatever vehicle you are looking at. No pressure sales rep making you uncomfortable.

my vehicle had a check engine soon light on. The service advisor was very knowledgable and professional with assisting me. The repair tech checked various relays and traced the issue to my catalic converter. at that point i chose to take my vehicle back to the muffler shop where the converter was installed for warranty
