New and used 2025 Chevrolet Traverse for sale near Lunenburg, MA

This is a follow up to my review of 3/28. Went from disappointed to blown away and beyond pleased and satisfied. Spoke with them, they understood my disappointment and went out of their way to help me. Picked up my 2025 Corvette from them today, a week later. I highly recommend MacMulkin. Even though they are over 4 hours away they will be my first option for all future vehicle purchases. Do not hesitate to put them at the top of your list of dealers to consider. You will not be disappointed!

In always have a great experience when bringing my car in for service. I have purchased a number of cars over the years with Herb Connolly Chevrolet and always have my vehicles serviced there. My Service Tech Aeryn she is helful and knowledgeable. Aeryn keeps you informed and updated your vehicle repair.

Great service, they were shorthanded but got the job done in a timely manner. If you need regular maintenance done they have some of the best pricing around!

I want to mention the service rep I’ve dealt with my last 2 visits to Lannan Woburn. Joe Juliano went above and beyond both times. He went through every single problem, what the solution would be, and the cost. He made sure I got the most use out of my warranty and got me home. I don’t even care that I won’t have my car until Monday (there was lots wrong with it) because I am confident he is taking care of everything

I’ve been dealing with another dealership for the 10 years and purchased (8) vehicles. I went to Nicaraguan Alan an as they were the only dealership that the vehicle I was interested in. On my initial phone call to them, the sales manager “ Marty” happened to answer the phone. I told what I was interested in and would be the in20 minutes. To my surprise the car was waiting at the front door and as I walk in the door Jamal was right there waiting for my arrival. Quite impressive!! Marty came over and introduced himself and sent Jamal and myself to go through the cars feature and take it for a test drive. Once we returned Marty was right there along with Jamal to answer all my questions. Never once did either of them loose their full attention on me. You just don’t see this level of customer service anymore. Once again quite impressive!! I pick up my vehicle today and without me knowing as I had some questions for Marty, Jamal had taken the plates from my old vehicle, had the car all set up with Onstar, had the charging station app downloaded amongst other things. These guys were very low keyed, full of information and truly made an effort to give me a fantastic deal. I officially have a new dealership now. Thanks to both Jamal and Marty for making a vehicle purchase enjoyable again. Definitely give 5 stars!!! Glenn

Highly recommend Nucar Lannan Chevrolet in Lowell. No pressure whatsoever! Today 3/11/2023 we purchased a used Toyota Camry. I wanted a Malibu premier which Chevy is discontinued this year (disappointed). The dealer ship found me a 25 Malibu that was as close to a the Premier. This car had most of the Premier?s features but not all. The dealership gave me the option to buy the care or finance. Doug Connolly found time to talk to me. The sales man Lucas did a good job communicating with me. The has been the 7th new car I have bought from Connolly Chevrolet.

We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. I would like to thank the service department for honoring my rim warranty. I brought my truck there while I was getting new tires and wanted my rims to get refinished at the same time because I paid for the warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the service wasn’t available at that time. They told me to bring it back. I brought it back almost a year later and my warranty was up. They completed the rim repair and I didn’t have to pay for the service to be done. ZERO cost to the customer!!!! Nucar puts the customer first!!!! Thank You again for the service and consideration!!!!! I will continue to purchase vehicles there as well as getting them serviced 👍🇺🇸
