Car shopping at Weber (Richard Rukavina) was probably the best car buying experience I've had. He was thoughtful and friendly - none of those old car salesman tactics - and so easy to work with. I'll definitely be reaching out to Weber again for my next car purchase. The finance person was also fantastic.

Drew Shoemaker helped streamline the process, and got me the best deal I could possibly get- a new experience for me, but one I’m grateful Mr. Shoemaker was there to assist with the purchase, and get me in my new vehicle!

The only disappointment was I scheduled an appt and was there on time yet still had to wait for 2 hours to get my car finished. Service advisor was awesome tho and kept us up to date on the progress. Overall great experience not he work that was done.

First time i can remember having a relaxed no high-pressure sales representative. Kevin was a straight shooter and was great to work with. I felt he dint try to talk down my trade in and was very professional. We came to what I felt like was a fair deal, and he went the extra mile. This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward.
