So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.
Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. Please thank Mitch Ericson for processing our paper work twice. Also, extend our thanks to Mr. Grice who spent a great deal of time going over all the features of the Rav4.
We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. I have responded to Toyota's survey and have let them know how great your dealership was to deal with.

My husband and I were very please with the "home town" courtesy we were shown at the dealership from the salesman to the General Manager. They really know how to treat the customer and gained their business. I would recommend Weisner Cadillac-Huntsville, TX to any of my family and friends without hesitation.
While I ultimately went another direction, I appreciate the time taken by the team at Team Dodge in Huntsville. I requested pricing on an in stock unit and received the requested information promptly. We were unable to come together on pricing but they were upfront on the price they wouldn't go below as they felt they didn't need to discount any further to sell the unit. They didn't waste my time or try to play any games with me and that is appreciated.
I have bought 2 vehicles. Had different things worked on. I never had to call before. Each time I was told to hold and he would check on my vehicle. I asked for a rental and never got a call back. He called on Friday finally and I told him I was flying out for a trip on Saturday. I was going to be gone for 10 days. They said they would pay for transportation to the airport. When I told them how much it was they said they couldn’t pay for that much. The truck magically was fixed by 5 that day. I think there is something fishy going on. As of right now truck is driving ok. I’ll keep you all posted.
First of all, ask for Mark Krecker. Outstanding demeanor and did everything he needed to without being the overbearing salesman you're used to when buying the car.
I already had a deal structured and wanted to look at 1 last vehicle to make sure I was going the right direction. Mark agreed before I made the drive to match the trade offer I already had. Once I arrived and saw the vehicle, he confirmed the offer for the trade and then we negotiated the final details.
We settled on a very fair number and drew up the paperwork. When we got to finance, Dean took over and again, could not have been better.
Overall, best car buying experience I have had ever.
I was very pleased with my service experience. Beverly was my service writer. She did an excellent job. I received a follow up call the next asking if my car was ok after my service. I will say I was shocked to get a call. The service dpt. has improved their customer service.
We had a oil change, tire rotation, and a new key made for Chevrolet. Very good service with these three. The car was purchased at Buckalew in 2010. We were having problems with the OnStar System. We were directed to sale person at this location. This sale person could not solve our problem. Directed us to call OnStar. OnStar and Blue Tooth helped me solve a very simple problem. A sale person set up OnStar on this car when we purchased it. If Buckalew is going to sell cars and trucks with OnStar on them they need people that can solve simple problems. Very disappointed in this poor service.
This was the only dealership that returned a submission from online. The quality and service that was provided during this purchase was superior from the "other" dealership that I've dealt with in the past. My sales rep Mark Krecker went above and beyond to make it happen. Gave him what I wanted and he made it happen..
