I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!
Nice experience. We bought new Encore from Bob Sekora. He listened to what we had to say and accurately presented and reviewed what was available from stock and available within a day or two. Everything up-front. No suddenly appearing costs, surcharges or pressure and he made sure we felt comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership.
Jim was completely accommodating to my schedule and made himself available to get the paperwork completed. He also worked hard to get us a great deal and make the unaffordable cost of a vehicle, affordable.

Bought a 10-year-old Chevy Prizm at the dealership. 7+ years later, we are still driving the car after more than 100,000 miles (about 150K total). Now, it has rust issues and is burning oil, but it has never let us sit and it's had very few repairs. At the end of the day, this was a good purchase. Oh also, I drove more than 200 miles for the car (so the price was very good compared to others) and everything was taken care of at the dealership in about 30 min.
I needed a wheel bearing replace on my 2014 Subaru Impreza which they didn't have In stock so they ordered it. I took it back a week later and both visits the customer service was great and very quick service time! It was nice to not have to wait all day for my car to be repaired since it was one of my off days and I was able to still get things done. Thank you, Bortz!
I have always been pleased with the Service Department at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. I have known Linda Reese (Assistant Service Manager) and Donnie Bowman (auto mechanic) since I purchased my 2003 Aztec. At that time, they both were part of the service team at the Welty dealership in town. Welty was then purchased by Bob Robinson and they wisely chose to retain both Linda and Donnie in their dealership. When it came time to buy a new
car, I followed Linda and Donnie to the new dealership. I am a proud owner of a 2011 Chevy Equinox. My recent visit to the service department was to correct a problem I had with my steering wheel. I had just brought my car in for a 5000 mile oïl change and tire rotation. When it was done, I drove home and noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel.
Donnie rotated and balanced all four tires but the shimmy still persisted. Sean Crow (Service Manager) decided to remove the tires from a new car and put them on my car. That way, we found out there was nothing wrong with the car itself. Donnie then tried using a special machine that perfectly aligned the "sweet spots" of both the rim and the tire on all four wheels. That was the solution! It took a lot of work and patience on the part of Linda, Donnie, and Sean to solve the problem. (It took three different visits to the service department!) In the end, it was no cost to me. That is why I will purchase my next new car
at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. This is a true commettent to both a vehicle and a service department. I might add that, eventually, I will be replacing my current Equinox with a new
one. I have never repeated car models before. That should tell you something!
Nice area to relax while waiting on your vehicle. Staff was amazing with our 3 year old. Even brought her a snack. Great quick service!
