Courtney is the best in service! She is quick, efficient, responsive, honest, helpful and caring! It is always easy to schedule and get quick and good service. Courtney calls right back if I miss her and I'm always delighted with the job she does for us! I would choose Sunshine Toyota just so I could work with their service department!

I came to trade in my car and lease a new one. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. I bought my 2006 Chevy Impala LT off the lot in 2006, still runs like a champ but after the divorce I was ready for some changes. Out with the old & in with the new! So my daughter and I went Black Friday shopping for a cute, new/used car after Thanksgiving. We really hit the jackpot when we found this amazing 2015 Chevy Trax at Toyota of Tacoma! My kids are grown & I'm not hauling lots of people around like when they were younger, so I really wanted something a little smaller & sporty looking to go with my new single life style. The Trax gets great gas mileage, has the safety features I look for, nice and roomy seating and the ride is super smooth! I have the sun roof I wanted, folding back seats and a bumpin' Bose stereo system that has Bluetooth features so I can play my music from the Internet on my phone and still be able to receive a phone call if it comes in... all while driving with 2 hands on the wheel! The backup camera was a surprise bonus, I've never had that. I totally recommend the Trax and I wouldn't change a thing!
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

It's a great car just make it so that the wiper blades can be bent back form the windshield for snow/ice scraping. it's so annoying the way that it is.

The car is a very good size for an SUV economical on gas I traded in a 2002 car for the 2015 because my 2002 started nickel and dining me and I figured if I got a newer car that I would be fine. I haven’t even had the car for one year and already I have a $500 repair because it’s not under warranty on the turbo in front of the motor which I feel I’m gonna start being nickeled and diamond already and I don’t think it should have any repairs due at the time being car is only three years old I’m very upset
Sunset is an excellent dealership that I have purchased at least 50 cars over the last 30 years .

I bought my 2015 trax brand new, right out of the showroom. Since then, I have had 5 recalls, cracked pistons, hole in fuel line, belts replaced and bluetooth has not worked since a week after buying. Have taken car back 6x since to get bluetooth fixed and they always say there is nothing wrong. Got 2 new phones and still didnt work. Engine light continuously comes on, has stopped while driving on highway and shut down completely again nothing wrong...ride is uncomfortable and you feel every bump in the road, especially when riding in the back seats...Best thing about the car is gas mileage but not worth all the troubles. Looking for new reliable vehicle. Would not recommend.
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made.
