Blake, a director at AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, reached out to me today and we had a a lengthy discussion on how their auto quote system works. He also addressed the issue I had re: the non-mandatory dent protection service which I was told I had to have anyways and was charged $499 for. He stepped up and is refunding the $499 while still covering this service for me. I now find that AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, is very serious about their customer auto purchasing experience and customer satisfaction. Kuddos to Blake and his group at AutoNation! Thank you..

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
When I started looking for a new vehicle, I began my search on Carvana because I loathe going to dealerships. My past car buying experiences always caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress. But not this time! My search eventually took me to Starling Chevrolet from which I purchased my brand new 2019 Traverse. Jennilee (AKA: Jenny), was my saleslady and she was so pleasant to work with. She found me exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and got the car moved to her location very quickly. We handled all of the details of the deal via email and text message. She even came and picked me up at my house in my new car and drove me to the dealership. Once we arrived, all I had to do was go into the finance office and sign the papers. The finance office is usually another stressor but, the finance agent, Ayman made the process quick and easy. He even got us a great interest rate despite the blemishes on our credit. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership and my car buying experience with them. It was by far the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had.
