I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. We went in looking for a vehicle for myself and my soon to be wife. We were greeted by Tyler. He told him that we had a very strict Budget, he understood our budget and actually cared, unlike other dealers we visted. Tyler helped us select the right vehicle for us, and went the extra length for us. He is a really great salesman and is not like all other salesman. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Tyler, he will treat you right, and actually help you make the right decision.
Went into the dealership and was greeted by Tyler. We told him our situation and he understood, what we were going threw. He didn't treat us like every other car salesman we went to, he was different, and caring. He helped us pick out a vehicle that we liked and that would fit our budget. He explained us everything and made sure we understood what we were getting and paying. He went above and beyond for us, and that ment a lot to us. We would highly reccommend Tyler to anyone buying a vehicle, and we will be buying more in the future from him.

I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!
Everything about this dealership is awesome!! We purchased our car there and take it there for service. Everyone is so nice. Service is always quick and they wash it before giving it back!! And I love having the bottle of water for the ride home!!
I didn’t buy my car there, but they been servicing my 2015 impala. They are good people, and their service center is the best I ever experience, and I been to a lot over the years. Like I said I didn’t buy my car there but I hope to get my next car there. They get an A+ from me.
The buying process was phenomenal. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly, yet professional. Victor Olive is the best owner, period! He is involved in every aspect of the dealership, and he is accessible. You would be hard pressed to find the owners of other dealerships out and about greeting customers and offer help in anyway possible. No one is more good natured. The employees follow the same path as Victor. I love my new truck!
I had my oil changed and i had an appointment for 9:00am and didn't get finished until 10:50. Thats almost two hours. For an oil change???
