I’m getting 33 mpg average and the car is smooth and modern to drive. I purchased an LT (no additional features) and all of the standard features are more than enough! I love having apple car play and enjoy the modern dash look.
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
Service Dept personnel are friendly and very knowledgeable, answered all our stupid questions without making us feel
Like idiots. Would definitely use this dealership again. We were in and out in no time.
I found this 2015 equinox on cars.com. I contacted the dealership and Chris was our salesperson. He was professional, courteous, thorough, went over and beyond on his service. He helped me find the best deal. I will promote to friends and family to check here if looking for a car.
Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.

I will never buy a Chevy ever again. If you want to buy American, then buy a Ford or GM. Stay away from Chevy, especially the Chevy trax.
Everytime i went to purchase a vehicle they were awesome!!!Took there time no rush pay attention to my needs.Took me on test drives.

I really like the Trax. The sound system is very good for a standard stereo. Seats are very comfortable with great leg room. AlthoughI read it wasn’t preppy on the highway, I just took a return nine hour trip and there was no problem with it’s highway performance at all. Great gas mileage as well. My cons, rides rather tough, even small bumps are are felt. Aldo, if you want to replace the tires, three isn’t any choice as they don’t make tires for the wheel size any more.
Chris was fantastic to work with,, in a very busy world, having a representative that understands the needs of his clients are huge. In the mid of our sale I ended up with a family emergency and Christopher was very empathetic and got all the information together for us. Thanks Chris, I???ll be back.
Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!

Great car. I love driving it. I read the reviews about the pick-up being a problem, however, I have had no issues at all. Rides very well on the highway. Seats are very comfortable, the car looks great both inside and out. So glad I purchased it!
Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.

Worst car I have ever owned. I believe I have computer issues and gm is horrible with communication. Joesph Chevrolet (dealership I bought from) has some of the worst customer service skills as well. At only 7 months old and about 7k miles my car will lock up as the brakes are being pushed causing my speed to drop dramatically (almost 2 car accidents) . Dealership can’t figure out what’s wrong . Replaced master cylinder twice, brake boaster and brake switch. Now they claim my brake lines was contaminated 8 months ago and it is just now showing! ’ when I say beyond the worst experience ever! all I wanted was a brand new ’mommy’ suv. And I got a brand new load of problems and being told to hand 2 k over in repairs that I believe the dealership caused. Never again will I buy from gm and for someone who has almost only owed Chevy. Says a lot
