Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.

Contacted Tim about the truck and worked everything out over the phone. Within minutes I was meeting with Logan for the test drive. Went over the truck and again within minutes I was driving it home. These guys are down to earth and are nothing like the "typical annoying salesman" that you encounter at most dealerships, in fact they are opposite. I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.

Even Trade and an added year of bumper to bumper warranty because it is a "Certified Vehicle". Awesome deal on a great truck!

They have my Colorado on their lot now and I can tell you that it is a very well cared for, very nice, medium sized truck.

I talked to Rich on the phone he told me to come in and he has the truck for me I figured I would not be able to get this brand new 2018 chevy 2500hd because I just bought a new Tundra last year I was upside down on my loan on that truck but they were able to almost pay it off and make it work for this New Chevy truck so all I can say is that My buying experience was awesome I would RECOMMEND Horne to everyone They are great Thank you
We purchased a used car as is from Phil Meador Subaru through John Nemire. It was for our daughter who is disabled and needed a car that she could not afford. Two weeks after we bought it the transmission revealed a problem. John went to bat for us and the Sales Manager agreed to split the bill with us even though he did not have to do so. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. We will be back when we need another car.
