My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Great service team. Was traveling through town on vacation and had an issue with my vehicle. Tom Gibbs service got me right in and diagnosed the issue. Very helpful and got me on the road in a timely manner. Thanks for your help! If I'm ever back in the area I'll be sure to use your service garage again
