I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Rides smooth. Seats adjust to fit body. Lots of inside amenities such as OnStar and ApplePlay. Love both the interior and exterior style. Sporty with quick turbo engine.
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
I love my car and love the service from hertz and i would definitely recommend a friend or anybody to shop with them for a well maintained new or used car and promise that you will love their services

8 months into owning this car its in the shop getting rebuilt engine due to someone dropping a screw into the engine while building it. GM would rather patchwork the problem rather than replace the engine!

I have been to several dealerships in the past and the reasons for going to those dealers was because I wanted a car. Now I need a car I got into a pretty bad accident when I got my rental from Hertz they recommended their dealers. I have had some pretty shady experiences with dealers and am not very trusting of them. I came into this Hertz dealer around 11:40 AM and wasn't met by anyone or greeted I figured maybe they're busy. But I found out that the sales associates hadn't come in yet so I wasn't to upset about that. But then there she was Barb Cobos when we started talking about what I wanted she was so very accommodating. This woman is absolutely amazing and so very patient with me because I'm very picky about what I want. I can't say enough about her but I will recommend her to everyone I can and I will keep my business with her no matter where she goes. As long as A dealer has her employed they WILL have my business. I truly hope that she gets the credit that she deserves and more because she will go to hell and back for her customers. THANK YOU BARB!!! You are awesome sauce and I can't wait to do more business with you!
Received excellent service, clear definition of work and estimate of cost for the services agreed upon. Called for pick up much sooner than expected. Will continue using maintenance service at this dealership.

I was pleasantly surprised after driving the Chevy Trax. It looks small, but has lots of storage space and can felt bigger when I was driving it.
Called my references and now I’m waiting for them to call me to do our phone interview so we can finish the deal and I can get in to my car. Overall the service has been good. Mr. Clyde Jackson is helpful. Looking forward to finishing our deal really soon

This small SUV meets all my needs. It is very roomy and comfortable and has all the features that I need, I am very pleased with my new Trax.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Purchased this vehicle for my wife. That being said, I personally love driving this little suv. It has all of the fun factor to make an excellent driving experience. The Premier model has great options including keyless entry, push button start, heated seats, sunroof etc. etc. It has an excellent sound system as well. The turbo engine makes it fairly peppy for city driving. Parking is a breeze and maneuverability is amazing. At 6'02" there is still good headroom. Fuel economy is really good considering AWD is on demand for whenever road conditions dictate it. While I prefer my truck for longer highway trips, the Trax is more than capable of logging on long miles. AWD is nice and the transmission is perfectly matched to the engine. So far this vehicle is a total hit. No regrets.
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
