This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Auto Nation Chevrolet. The customer service was fantastic and I was given and excellent deal on a brand new car. This is the reason I returned to this company.
Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.

I was very comfortable with Destinee and her team. She made sure to communicate with me in a way that made me feel at ease with trading in car, and financing a new 2018 Trax. I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!
I worked with Both Ashley and Thomas in the Sales Department. VERY professional and knowledgeable on their product and of the entire car buying process. I felt very comfortable working with them. I also worked with Will and Isaiah from the management team. I would give my experience 10/10.
I bought a car from a CA dealer and it came with a front plate holder that I did not want. Midway Chevy removed it for free with a little coaxing by me, Mr. Negotiator, but in return I will be a loyal Midway customer for all my service needs.
