My husband and I had just been jerked around by another local dealer and went in with a bad taste in our mouths. The salesman was straight and honest with us. He didn't disappear for lengthy amounts of time and say he was "speaking to his manager" like a lot of other dealerships do. We ended up getting our new vehicle from Bonner and will return for future needs.
Everything was great, professional atmosphere, good people, great salesman, they met competitors deal....worked w/ me after the sale when I wanted the bed liner switched for a bed pad ( I was putting a cap on the truck)...no issues...smooth
As always, the service was done promptly and correctly the first time, and the vehicle was ready when promised. This is a truly exceptional dealership which can serve as a template for all Chevrolet and non-Chevrolet dealerships.
TO; Bob: CJ ; Your entire service dept. from walk in to walk out. took care of me, had a situation with 2008 Tahoe. I purchased @ Bonner.
I'm not a regular customer, I was treated well , explained in detail the repair sequences, offered options attempt made to repair prior to being towed in. Had vehicle repaired same day, I can't thank the staff enough..
I will return as a regular service customer, i'll recommend Bonner to all my friends & family.
simply put : best way for a Working Man to Say to You.

Purchased a used car and it was the most satisfactory experience I have ever had with a dealership. Excellent customer service, they answered any questions and the financing was easy and quick. Thank you I love my new Chevy!!
This review is based on my experience in running a search for a cheap used car through cars.com for less than $3000 with less than 80,000 miles & Allen A. Hornbeck Chevrolet was listed as having a car I was interested in on their lot & I called them to inquire about the condition of the car. The person I spoke to was courteous & professional & answered all of my questions honestly & realistically. Also & unexpectedly, they convinced me that it was probably a better & wiser idea to spend the money on a brand new car with zero miles on it -putting down the $3000 & making low monthly payments rather throw the $3000 away on a "money pit" old & used car with anyone's guess as to its treatment or mistreatment or history except for the former owner. There are several cars on their site that I would love to own; however, I am leaning toward the new Challenger, I was thrilled when Chevy brought the Challenger back! & they really did the car justice. It's a beautiful car, a work of art. A deep red w/ black leather interior would be nice. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Allen A. Hornbeck Chevrolet if you're looking for a great car at a fair price.
