Came to check out a used Honda, was approached by a gentleman who immediately ask if we wanted to take it for a ride.
Came back talked $ and credit, competed with our bank etc. Financing was .5 over my credit union, because I was there I signed, car was ready 2 days later. Excellent considering im from another state and registration from other dealers is usually slow.
No pressure at any point during the transaction. Everyone was professional and real. I am not in the market for a chevy but I would recommend.
Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!
This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman Matt was amazing!! Not pushy or over bearing. He ran around the lot for me, pulling up two and three used cars for me to test drive...he certainly broke a sweat trying to find a car that I was happy with and he did just that. He had all the paperwork ready to go for me when I got there to complete the purchase. There were no hidden numbers or fees...he told me what the payments would be and they ended up being just that. Greg in finance was super pleasant and made things go easily and smoothly...all I had to do was sign. He was personable and very knowledgable. Kim from the insurance department transferred my insurance for me and dealt with the whole process of retrieving the binder. She even shopped around for Home and auto insurance for me to see if she could get me a better deal! I have nothing bad to say about this dealership at all.
I stopped in for a spur of the moment. The truck I saw online wasn't the one for me but I saw another and absolutely loved it!! The salesman was fantastic and patient!!! From the test drive to financing to the insurance I drove the truck home in less then 3 hours!!!! My next car/truck will definitely come from there
The dealer who hleped me was wonderful his name was John Vacca. He answered all of our questions and actually took time to explain everything to my husband and myself. I could recommend a better dealership or salesman to work with!!!
I was looking for a car that I would like and I was having difficulties in finding one at a good price, but I did find one here and it was a great one too! It was a great deal price-wise and it was a beauty; so I bought it. It's a great car that I'm very pleased with and happy I bought.

Eric and his staff always make for a great experience. Right from the time you pull into tye service bay until you are in your car at the end of the service Eric is always professional, friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with Tasca and would recommend thier service dept to anyone.
Tim was great even with our two crazy toddlers running all over the place. He managed to get close to the numbers we wanted which were tough numbers to meet. We were very happy with everything. We hope the service with tasca is good too, guess we will find out in the near future.
You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions

My hats go off to Rob Brooks and Jason Fontaine made my wife and I very comfortable without pressure. They assisted us in making a decision that was a big decision for us. I welcome the chance to work with them again and plan on stopping by for a coffee. Thanks for everything guys.
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. I have all my vehicles maintained here and look forward to continuing that service with my new Yukon.
Went in on Black Friday for the advertised deals, zero finance or rebates. Worked with Paul Macchi on my first new truck purchase in 17yrs. Paul was professional and courteous throughout the process. Paul clearly explained the numbers and the benefits of both the rebates and zero financing. Paid what I thought was a good price and would definitely recommend Imperial and ask for Paul Macchi.
