Very disappointed, with 11000 miles the driver seat finish is coming off. Very lows miles for a 2016. Would not cover under any kind of warranty. Very unhappy. Product should last longer than this. We have had several Chev.
Was on the road and needed a Chevrolet dealership to change the oil in a new Corvette. This is not my normal dealership and was hesitant to take my car to anyone I didn't know. The service writer understood my hesitation and assured me they would give me the best possible experience. Put the car in valet mode and it recorded every time they moved the car. The video shows them being very careful with the car when putting in on the rack and getting back out to the service drive. They were quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about and I appreciate it.
I currently own 4 vehicles all came from different dealerships this is the second I have purchased from Russel. Russel has the best and most informed service department in Little Rock. The vehicle I just had repaired I did not buy from Russel chevy and gets a free oil change from the dealer I purchased it from, they made so many mistakes I only bring in to Russel and I pay the oil change
Randy was very nice and easy to talk to, we really enjoyed his kindness and he helped us with a smooth almost painless transaction with buying our new suv...we will be seeing Randy Ennis again in the future

We have done business with Russell Chevrolet over 30 years and have always found everything about their business, whether sales or service or repairs, to be exemplary. Best auto dealership we have ever dealt with in every respect.
Went in for a regular oil change- they had never rotated my tires in almost 3 yrs...and never balanced them or even aired them up evenly...this time they did and I had just gotten new tires...they rotated the tires, but did not balance or air them up evenly. I thought at least a car wash and vacuum was included in the service- especially for preferred members, but no. I just think they could do a little better with the quality of work and small acts of customer service go a long way.
I have said it before, the sales staff are great, but honestly, great sales staff are not uncommon, it is the service department that keeps me loyal and they are the reason I will buy my next, like my last 3, cars from Superior Chevrolet in Conway.
I love the friendly atmosphere at Crain I-30. The staff were very attentive to my wish list.. I saw them work as a team to get me satisfied with a vehicle that would fit my wants and needs. Thanks a Bunch to Mr. S. Brown III and Mr. R. Little.
