I cannot say in words how WONDERFUL this experience was...I had NEVER experienced such excellent, honest, and truthful customer service in my ENTIRE life- and NEVER when purchasing a vehicle- This dealership should seriously conduct seminars for other dealers in the area -EHEM...PAY attention local dealers-
STORY-I had purchased both used and new vehicles from a renown dealership in the region with multiple lots/sites over the last 27 years- Forgive my candor...I got good deals on my purchases at the renown dealer- HOWEVER-it was a HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE when it came to the customer service- I dreaded having to get my car serviced there EVERY SINGLE TIME- it was so terrible!!!! They NEVER followed through with anything- and -well- let's just leave it at that-
At BASIL-From the very moment you walk through the door, stellar customer service, respect, and no-pressure sales -this is more than impressive- it is unheard of and not seen at all nowadays----and as a single female, this was a very welcoming environment-NOT a typical 'slick-pitched', 'used car sales vibe' by any stretch of the imagination. I purchased a used vehicle and let me say I will be EXTREMELY comfortable going back to get my car serviced here as well-

They had a nice used Corvette at a reasonable price and offered me a reasonable trade in allowance on my car. The salesman was friendly and went out of his way to see that I could take delivery that day. When I left something in my old car he sent it to me so that I would not have to make the 2 hr trip back to the dealership.
Our salesman Tim K. and team at Shults made the purchase of our "dream truck" happen quick and painlessly! They even helped coordinate the purchase as a surprise and put a great big bow on the hood, which was a fun touch. I can honestly say I have never before had a better buying experience, starting with the phone calls/emails to Tim and ending with the finance manager over paperwork. When I went to Shults my expeirence was wonderful, they have wonderful customer service and they are friendly. I would recommend anyone to them because I have gone to multiple dealerships and got turned down, but with them they seemed to actually try their hardest to get me approved. Overall i was really satisified to do business with them and getting my first car. :)
