I have car shopping PTSD. I will and have walked away from hard sales and high pressure. First visit, I took a xanax in advance. Went back 3 more times and didnt take a xanax. (I switched from wanting an Equinox to Traverse.) Definately would go back.
I visited multiple dealerships looking for the best deal on a Honda CRV. The response at the different dealerships ranged from over-aggressive to disinterested. My sales rep at Bob Hook Chevrolet, Ralph Slucher, was the perfect in-between. He was no pressure and informative. I am happy with my car and the process by which I shopped for it at Bob Hook.
I havent had the most enjoyable car buying experiences in the past. With that said, I purchased a 2019 Traverse High Country from salesman Ed Silver. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience, the price seemed fair and to our surprise, the offered an actual very fair price for our trade in. Ed was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think we will be in the market for a car anytime soon, but whenever we are, I would definitely consider going back to Bachman Chevrolet and see Ed for future needs. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
I knew I wanted a truck and I knew what I could spend, Ed took care of the rest! Ed was able to quickly find the truck that would fit my needs and also not break my budget. The entire process was quick and easy. 2018 Silverado 1500 Z71
Bachman is the gold standard of auto dealers. The service staff is well informed, courteous and professional.
Dan DuPonte is a excellent sales person who is well informed and cares about the needs of his clients.
I will use Bachman Auto Group before any other dealership in my area.
Bought a 2019 Chevy Corvette from Chris Thomerson. Knowledgeable salesman, honest, and for the most part, got me what I needed. The buying process was painful because his desk is in the hottest part of the dealership. I lost 10 pounds wheeling and dealing with him. They should probably make that part of the showroom a place to put a car or something... After all was said and done, I took the car home and my temporary tags expired with not tags in the male. Made several calls about it, all the feedback I got was "it's in the mail." After being expired for 10 days now, I call the manager, Bill Mattingly, who shared that he had 16 years of experience in the car buying field and that he would overnight the tags to me. I sit here typing this review on the day after the tags were supposed to be delivered and still nothing... You would think you spend over $65k in a car dealership, the least they could do is make it legal for you to drive... I won't be doing any business here anymore.
Saturday’s are the only time I have to get an oil change and I called places all over near Louisville and no one would take my vehicle. Champion Chevrolet were the only ones that took the time to take my truck in! The customer service was fantastic and the facility was neat clean and not to mention it was fun looking at their large selection of beautiful Silverado’s.
