Blake, a director at AutoNation, Colonial Dr, Orlando, reached out to me today and we had a a lengthy discussion on how their auto quote system works. He also addressed the issue I had re: the non-mandatory dent protection service which I was told I had to have anyways and was charged $499 for. He stepped up and is refunding the $499 while still covering this service for me. My car’s check engine light came on and the heat indicator was also flashing. To my dismay, it turned out that my car needed some unexpected, rather pricey, repairs that I was very distraught about affording. After listening to my financial situation, and empathizing with me, my dealer worked very hard to find the most cost efficient way to fix my car. He was able to find available discounts and use a car part good-will system they have to bring the price down, but not diminish the quality of the repair. I’m immensely grateful to them.
The atmosphere of the place on entering was warm and friendly. I was greeted by various sales representatives and was assisted by Mr. Occil Benety. Mr. Benety went into details, providing the necessary information that I needed to make a decision. He also gave me a full walk through of everything, including taking time to go through the key features on the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Benety’s Service was to the point and very helpful! He definitely made the decision process a whole lot easier for me. It felt like a walk through a park. Easy! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr. Occil Benety for all questions, clarifications and any assistance needed. Great place! Great people!

My wife and I went in to test drive a couple cars, Gustavo met with us wasnt the 'typical' salesman. He was patient, professional and no BS. Jeremy Noles and Mark Anglin was very professional and helpful.They both worked patiently with my husband and I in our decision making.Jeremy wasn't pushy and his personality was wonderful. I have purchased 2 new card in my life and no one was as positive and professional as Mr. Noles and Mr. Anglin. I had a wonderful experience.
I had a friend with me and we had visited another nearby dealership and had a completely different experience. Christian answered all questions and proved to be very knowledgeable. He was very polite and professional during the entire process. It was also nice to have 1 person to deal with and avoided the TO manager hand off!
An overall positive experience. However I would like to make a suggestion or two. I left my car off and the shuttle took me home. Later that afternoon I got a call saying that they were ready to pick me up. When I arrived back at the dealer I saw the service adviser she said that the car wasn't ready yet. Huh? She said the reason I was picked up was so the shuttle driver could be off the clock at 4 PM. I guess their priority isn't with the customer. So I end up waiting over an hour for them to finish. Had I been told the car wasn't ready yet I would have told them to have the shuttle driver come pick me up sometime tomorrow at their convenience. That hour that I waited could have been well spent at home completing a project that I was heavily involved in. Item 2: A Coke and snack machine would be a great idea in the waiting area. My waiting time started at 4 PM where there was only 1/3rd of a donut available...and water.
Nicole Walrath is an excellent customer service at Don Mealey Chevrolet. She assisted me with my VW Passat and my Chevrolet Malibu. Her attention to detail, explaining and making sure it all gets done properly is exceptional and taking full responsibility of the service I needed for my cars.
