I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I don't buy a new GM vehicle every year, but when I do, I shop at Pemberton Chevrolet-GMC-Buick. Dale Randall, Joe Denoya, and all the rest of the sales crew are great people. They do not use aggressive sales tactics there - very low pressure, very friendly. The service department has always been good to us as well. We enjoy the laid back hometown feel of this dealership and that's why we've purchased three vehicles from them.
This is the place to go if you want a no pressure, no nonsense, straight-talk car shopping experience . I dealt with Brad, who, from start to finish, was low-key but very attentive in his sales approach. He was well-versed about the equipment offered on the car I ended up buying, quickly and efficiently took care of pricing my car's trade-in value, then got me set up with the dealership's finance and title processing people. Stephanie put together all the needed paperwork quickly-- very efficient and knowledgeable---and I was on my way.
Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. Going through the purchasing process he stayed with us all the way. Everyone at Larry Miller Hyundia Peoria are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with them. We recommend them to anyone.
Love the service department at Reliable Chevrolet. Chris Salesky provided over the top customer service today for which I greatly appreciate. Feels good to know I can trust my car to Reliable Chevrolet!
Went in on 8-24-2018 as my daughter-in-law was wanting to trade her Chevy Cruze for aSUV. Spoke with Jack Spencer whom we always deal with, he did an amazing job and she came home in a 2019 Chevy Equinox......Thanks Jack
I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been taking it to Symdom for service for some time now, even receiving a free oil change after meeting criteria. The service staff are always friendly listening to concerns, answering questions. The technicians are professional and thorough and leave truck interior cleaner than when I brought it in. Symdom treats me and my Hyundai as if I purchased it from them.
Even though I had an appointment and was running behind my service provider arielle accommodated my recommendations/needs for my vehicle. Also, I did not have to wait so long for my service to be completed. I loved that they provide complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle driver Isreal was very kind and respectful.
Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and completely honest with me at this location. The buying process and the price was so much better at this location then at my home location so I drove one hour to get my car at this location.
Grabiak had my vehicle 2 weeks. When I drove 25 mi to take it in, the key fob buttons were not working. Replaced max amt of computer components. Car fixed? Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Battery dead. Not their fault even though the battery was fine when I drove it in. Hed to buy new battery. Not at Grabiaks, I wouldn't. Never going there again. Same for my son and his family and friends.
The staff at Laurel Nissan provided the best experience that I could have asked for when purchasing my first car. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and worked with me through every step of the way. I definitely felt like I was part of the Laurel family and will recommend Laurel Nissan to friends and family looking to make auto purchases in the future.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Prompt service, easy to drop off and accomodating to pick up late at night thank you
