My wife and I purchased a new Chevorlet Traverse. We specifically ask the sales person if we???re getting all of the discount available and he said yes. He did not give us all discounts available. Vincent R. Was our sales person. Vera Sebastian and Larry Samples
Dealership was clean and immediately received service from Dan Schulte, Sales representative. Dan was very professional and not pushy. Was willing to negotiate/work on price. Would work with Dan again!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
I had a wonderful salesman, Chris Jones. He understood that I drive the 150 miles to get to this dealership; so I needed everything ready to go. The process was very quick and hassle free. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. Tell him what you want and he will find it. I'm very pleased with my truck.
I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.
