This is not my first purchase from White Allen,however this was our first Honda purchase. The salesman was very professional and spent quite a bit of time going over the features of the CVR. The buying process was one of my best,started out with the internet contact for pricing and he was a staight shooter on pricing. Set us up a appontiment right away for the next evening. As always I was expecting the price to not be what I had been told. Not at all even gave us about another $50 off. After looking and driving the CRV my wife decided that she liked it but not the color we had been looking at. No problem White Allen had another unit from another dealer within a day and had it ready with options on within two days from the first time we were there.

My time at Kia was wonderful, everyone made the expierence very plain less and simple. It didn???t take nearly as long as I thought it was going to and I was able to get a brand new vehicle in my price range. Any questions I had they were answered very promptly and correctly. Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.
A little bit out of the way but worth it! A great markdown got me in the door, but there was no pressure to upgrade, even though my options were laid out for me. They made time for me and didn't make it seem like they wanted to be on to their next customer.
Great experience buying a new Silverado. Everyone I talked to offered to help and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Rick in particular as well as Heather went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was presented to me clean, that I had no questions regarding the truck or the paperwork involved and that I had the best financing with the lowest interest rate available.
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
I went through Costco and this dealer came up in referral. I did everything via e-mail (my preference) up to the point where car was being brought to dealership. I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford.
