I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, SALESMAN ANTONIO WAS GOOD AND FUN, HE TOOK MY BARBS AND KIDDING IN STRIDE. RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE.
ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy and trusting I went in just for the regular maitnance on my truck. As soon as I got there I was greeted and attended to right away. Hector wrote up my car and sent it back right away. Took care of a recall I didn't even know I had.
Easy and painless process to service vehicle. Used shuttle to get dropped off at local gym. Completed workout and service in 2 hours! Service agent Trinidad helpful as always. This was my third service since vehicle purchase.

I took my 2016 Malibu in due to engine stalling. It stalled once again after picking up the vehicle. The service manager was to contact me, but never contacted me. Yesterday, July 2, 2018 the Malibu stalled again while on "park" position with the air conditioner on.
i had a right brake problem. service attendant already had my information so he was able to find the problem and use the warranty to cover the cost. I was given a time to expect it and the truck was done when they said it would be done.
I give Trinidad, my service advisor at Camino Real Chevrolet, 5-stars for excellent customer service on my 2016 Volt. He ensures all required inspections are performed, and checks for any recall notices on my vehicle. He also provides a rental car, when necessary, which I really do appreciate. Keep up the great work!
Great customer service,Nader nassif was a great salesman his very knowledgeable of what I wanted to buy, nice person always with a smil. Will be recommending him to my friends.
