Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!

Loved test driving this car! Felt more like a BMW than what I previously knew from US automakers. Love the idea of saving so much on Gas and so many cool features! Love the idea that you can activate the car's air conditioner via an app on your smartphone 5 minutes before you get in. So helpful on a hot day. Super comfortable and fun to drive! I do wish they had lighter color upholstering inside and a moonroof would be nice!
Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Really like almost everything about the car.

What I don't like about the car is how quickly the battery drains when using the heat, how slowly the battery charges, and how long it takes for the heat to get warm. I'm happy with everything else and pleasantly surprised about the pick-up, car moves very quickly.
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves five stars I would recommend this dealership to anybody and Douglas made us welcomed at the car dealership and made sure everything was good on the vehicle before we took it very nice guy

Thus far, no regrets. Intitutive dash, peppy acceleration and quite. Nice to know the range extender is there if needed, decreases range anxiety. Currently my NEMA 1450 charger replenishes in 4 hours.
Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!

The electric motor on the Volt awesome! Love driving it and getting a ton of gas mileage avg on this thing since I bought it in Tulsa.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. This car is sufficient to satisfy my needs. It has good accelerator pedal feel and there is absolutely no lag. The gas mileage is excellent. I stopped plugging it in at my home because it's free at work. I could go up to 71 miles on a charge. My daily commute is about 70 miles. Often I only need the engine for about 5 miles or less due to using the AC.
Ivan Torres was a pleasure to work with. He knew what I wanted and did everything in his power to make the deal happen. He and his team worked very quickly and kept me informed of the necessary details. It was overall the most painless new car purchase experience I???ve had thus far and I appreciate the entire team. This is my first hybrid and I love it! It has great acceleration, goes 50 miles on a charge and has lots of great features. I have yet to put gas in it.
