In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. We are satisfied that we got the best deal and are secure in our decision to buy the vehicle from Emich.
A little bit out of the way but worth it! A great markdown got me in the door, but there was no pressure to upgrade, even though my options were laid out for me. They made time for me and didn't make it seem like they wanted to be on to their next customer.
Great experience buying a new Silverado. Everyone I talked to offered to help and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Rick in particular as well as Heather went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle was presented to me clean, that I had no questions regarding the truck or the paperwork involved and that I had the best financing with the lowest interest rate available.
Usually, I do not enjoy the customer service I experience with this dealership. However, during my last experience, the service was amazing. I hit a deer and the shop got me in as soon as possible. The drop off was amazing. When picking my vehicle up, they were so nice. I called and told them the time I was able to pick up the car, and they moved my pick up time by 4 hours! I was so happy! Then when I picked up my car, they were all ready with the keys, and it took only 5 mins! When I went to my car, it was so beautiful! They had washed the car, and the work was amazing! It almost looked brand new! They also cleaned the inside for me! I was so happy with this experience and I hope my experiences in the future are just as good!
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!
