I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.
This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.
Oliver has helped us with 4 purchase over last 5 months. He truly considers and fulfills customer needs and satisfaction over his own commission gains. He does not try to sell something that gives him the highest benefit but only what is best for customer. He takes the time to research all possible solutions.
Gamblin’s found a car from another dealer that I loved, so Gamblin’s got that car for me because i was set on that certain one! Their customer service is amazing and I always leave there feeling good about my purchase!
Excellent buying experience. Worth the drive from all the way down in Portland. Worked very hard to find me the best deal on my trade. Matt and Todd were friendly and worked with me until well after closing time.

I wasn't really going to buy yet but I stopped by your dealership just to look and because of your salesman, Bart Johnson, I bought a truck right then and there. He was so knowledgeable about the Silverado and all of the specifications. All my questions were answered and he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in this purchase. I live on the Kitsap Peninsula by Gig Harbor but bought from Issaquah because I felt I was getting an honest price and the enthusiasm that Bart had for this truck. I had been to several other car dealers (different manufacturers) before this and had been treated like an idiot. "Here's our wholesale price little lady" or "there's only 2 left in stock, you better hurry". For a white truck? Really? One dealer even called my salesman away for an "emergency customer" and brought in the Closer. Thank you Evergreen & Bart Johnson for treating me so well.
Fast and friendly service. I took my car in for an oil change the service department was very nice and helpful. Then when something did come up that was their fault they were quick to own it apologize and fix the issue! Outstanding service and love the fact that they didn't try to mess with me like other dealership's have!
You made our car look brand new again. Great work with the exception of the little ding on our window still there. However, it was marked off on the work order as being completed. So I am assuming that I must have had another one that I wasn't aware of being there. I have to say that this is my first visit back since the new ownership change and from my contact with Elizabeth and to the last contact with her the superior service is so superior to the old ownership and the attitude of the service department. Our salesperson, Cody Flynn, was very professional and made the buying process easy. We are glad we stumbled into him during this process. One bad/pushy salesperson can ruin the image of a dealership but luckily that was not our experience. Thanks
I had a great experience buying a new car. The salesman that helped me was Gus, he was very professional, friendly, answered all the questions I had and made my day in the Chevrolet of Bellevue dealership a quick one. He was very helpful in finding me the right car and he succeeded! I am now an owner of a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, I would recommend him and this dealership to anybody looking for a new car.
