I my opinion Ryan Brewer is by far one of the best salesmen I have dealt with. He spent time getting to know our vehicle needs before he suggested alternitives. Ryan went the extra mile in the buying process and after the sale follows up to make sure everything is going well.

I came in looking for a specific vehicle. Traveled over an hour and a half and the salesman Ryan made sure the deal got done that day. Ryan knew the truck in and out and highly recommended. The dealership was busy and didn't have enough salesman working but other then that it was a good experience, long day but it worked out!!

Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.

The waiting area is clean and equipped with chairs that make laptop use easy. Very nice to be able to get work done while waiting.
I have regular servicing at your dealer ship. I didn't pass emissions recently so I needed to get repairs to pass, and I plan to go tomorrow. The service department reviewed the issues that needed addressing to fix the problem.

Michael Facey was great to deal with. He was polite and listened and really understood my needs. Michael Facey spelled everything out and ran around like a chicken with his head cut off to ensure I was in and out in a timely fashion.
He was sincerely apologetic when I told him I was "hit on" by the finance gentleman who knew I was VERY married and he himself was wearing a wedding band. That made me very uncomfortable. Michael Facey handled it with gentlemen like behavior and I would go to him again!!! He was awesome. Even called and texted the next day to see how things were going.

I am a CT native. I retired and moved to NC. I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox at Gengras in E. Hartford, CT with the help from Sam Mozzicato. I talked to Sam on the phone. He guided me through the entire process. Then we both went on Gengras.com and found the exact vehicle I wanted. I flew up to CT and went right to Gengras Chevrolet. I met Sam he had the vehicle prepped ready and waiting for me. We completed the paper work in a short time. Sam took his time and showed me all the features of the 2018 Equinox. Sam Mozzicatto and the other employees at Gengras were all professional and helpful. The buying experience was smooth and easy. I will tell everyone who will listen to go to Gengras Chevrolet and see Sam Mozzicatto if they want to buy a Cheverlot.
My husband and I have been discussing getting a newer vehicle for a few years. I had a doctor's appointment near Carter Chevrolet and some extra time so I stopped in at the dealership to see what they had for vehicles.
