We hate shopping for new cars!!! That???s why purchasing our 2019 Bolt from Putnam GM was such a singular pleasure. Getting the price on the car we wanted was done extremely quickly over the phone and by email with Ramin Asbaghi, the Internet Manager. He is a great guy, not pushy, and easy to communicate with. And the price was the best of 4-5 dealerships we contacted. The financial paperwork with Doug took all of 15 minutes and we were on our way. As good as it gets dealing with car dealerships!
Every individual at this dealership was very kind, understanding, and committed to helping me leave the dealership completely statisfied with my purchase and payment. They were courteous and sensitive to my needs and I left extremely happy and pleased. They really did above the average dealer to help their customer. The general manager worked very hard to get me low interested rates, a do able payment, low down, and 100% satisfaction. The dealer did not try to sell me something I did not want. He worked very hard to help me find the car that was mine. And the financing manager was kind and worked fast. Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.
