Just an awesome experience purchasing a car and getting out of leasing, to continue on my journey of retiring in the Spring. Like most people buying a car is a big financial decision to make and like most people afraid of salesmen, but there was never any pressure from the staff specially my salesman Jobin Grandstrom from Videon Chevrolet. This vehicle is quite reliable. In the 2.5 years / 50k miles of ownership I brought it in for repair only once. It was only a heating issue. If you get groceries, go to work, etc., this vehicle will run fully electric. Don’t be afraid of road trips, this car comes equipped with a highly efficient backup engine that boasts 45 MPG.
I had a great experience with Sam. This is a great place to get a used prius and have an experienced mechanic to work on it. My gut feeling, Sam is an honest, hardworking guy, and I would do business with him again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

This has been a fantastic car. 40 mile electric radius, then onto gas. Good gas mileage. Everything a little less in winter (to be expected). With a set of snow tires, never have had any issue getting places to enjoy the snow, etc. Great for long trips. Fantastic overall car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was so excited to buy this car, it has been awesome! Setting up a 240v now! Might buy a second! It is shorter than I expected but makes up for it with leg room
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Great commute car. It is a very smooth ride. Comfortable, great PG&E rates for my entire house. Love it. I only owned BMWs in the past and I like this the best.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

The advantages of an electric car, but without the hassle of stopping mid-trip to recharge! While other hybrids switch back & forth btwn battery & gas engine, I can set my Volt to use battery exclusively, then switch seamlessly to gas when tve battery is drained. The ride is excellent, body is totally tight (no shakes or rattles). My only complaint is the large blindspots.
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.

This car would be great to transition from gas to EV. Best of both worlds and you’ll go full EV in no time. I’ve driven this car for two years with zero problems and one oil change.
I was in search of a new vehicle and i stumbled upon Kelly Motorcars, i couldn’t be anymore thankful that i found them! The Owner Ryan Kelly asked me what i was looking for and within a week he found the exact car i wanted for a wonderful price! Everything was taken care of for me when i got to the office so i didn’t have to sit there for 3 hours doing paper work!! The best and easiest car buying experience i have ever had!

This car drives really well and I only have to go to the gas station a few times a year because it has a high electric-only range.
My husband and I bought a used Toyota Venza One of the salesman, Joziah, was wonderful! We were so happy with our experience and the professionalism of the business. We will recommend Twin Pines to others.

Before owning the Volt, I owned two Corvettes and a Camaro SS. I enjoy driving the Volt as much or more than any car I have ever owned. I am 6'3" tall, so legroom and driving ergonomics are very important to me. The Volt is perfect for me. It is fun to drive, extremely economical, and great looking. Nothing not to like!
Excellent and professional sales personnel. Car was as advertised and ready to take home. Very quick paperwork process and got financing at a good rate.

This in so many ways is a perfect vehicle. It’s a roomy hatchback which makes it extremely useful. It provides a reasonable electric only range for most daily commutes and errands and then is able to be used for trips with a gas generator providing power to the electric motor. The car is fun to drive too.
The bad side is the ridiculous first generation iPod inspired center stack. It’s a joke as are most touch pad designs. Give me dials please.
This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.

The car performs well and is a joy to drive. However, there are several blind spots in the front and rear that the driver needs to be aware of.
Twin Pines took several days to respond to my inquiry on a 60k vehicle. They decided to call when another customer was looking at said vehicle and the other customer ended up buying it. I'd give 5 stars if they didn't take so long to respond to my inquiry. Very friendly and easy to communicate with once the channel was created. I'd do business with them.
GM Ducks Warranty Issues

We are pleased with the Comfort and Functions of this Vehicle. The Electric Feature is Great for those that commute to work and back, under 40 miles. Even if you drive more and use the Gas Engine it is very economical. Using it every day we went two months without filling it with gas. It took 2.6 gallons. The only reason for that was the electric heater failed and we had to use gas engine for heat. The car is very snappy and lacks nothing in acceleration and speed. Handles Great. NOW the bad. The electric heater repair , at a dealer, cost $1800. Part of that was because GM requires Dealer to replace the Heater Control Module if built before Sept 2013, ( At customers Expense) where it is operating or not. They Ignore the 8 year Voltec Warranty that should cover this. The actual cause and cost to repair the problem was a coolant pump at $700 price ticket to repair. There seems to not be very many qualified techs to work on the Volt due to the hight voltage compontents. Another Failure of GM. Great little car with very little backing from GM on their warranty that was promoted.
