Amazingly efficient. Comfortable too. This car will change your thinking about driving. It accelerates effortlessly and without any gear shifts to disturb you. I drove for two weeks (about 1,000 miles) before I put 7.5 gallons in the tank.
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Great commute car. It is a very smooth ride. Comfortable, great PG&E rates for my entire house. Love it. I only owned BMWs in the past and I like this the best.
Just completed my first 1000k miles and I have used up 1.2 gallons!!! I love it!! Styling is much better than previous model. I have since upgraded our electrical in the garage so car charges in 4ish hours.
Joe was responsive, took the time to find the vehicle I wanted and handled the small issues the vehicle had. It was a Great experience all arpund

Before owning the Volt, I owned two Corvettes and a Camaro SS. I enjoy driving the Volt as much or more than any car I have ever owned. I am 6'3" tall, so legroom and driving ergonomics are very important to me. The Volt is perfect for me. It is fun to drive, extremely economical, and great looking. Nothing not to like!
Both Matt and Kenny were awesome. They had great patience with me and really worked to get the best deal possible for me. Excited and happy with both the deal and truck I got. Would go there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to check them out.
Far better than expected. GM obviously put much time and attention into this car. In the past 5 years and 94000 miles I have averaged 219 MPG and the car has been a real pleasure to drive. My wife calls it the magic carpet.
Acton Toyota stands out as easily the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have had. Steve Kiviat was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions about the car, and was completely transparent throughout the entire experience. GM Ducks Warranty Issues

We are pleased with the Comfort and Functions of this Vehicle. The Electric Feature is Great for those that commute to work and back, under 40 miles. Even if you drive more and use the Gas Engine it is very economical. Using it every day we went two months without filling it with gas. It took 2.6 gallons. The only reason for that was the electric heater failed and we had to use gas engine for heat. The car is very snappy and lacks nothing in acceleration and speed. Handles Great. NOW the bad. The electric heater repair , at a dealer, cost $1800. Part of that was because GM requires Dealer to replace the Heater Control Module if built before Sept 2013, ( At customers Expense) where it is operating or not. They Ignore the 8 year Voltec Warranty that should cover this. The actual cause and cost to repair the problem was a coolant pump at $700 price ticket to repair. There seems to not be very many qualified techs to work on the Volt due to the hight voltage compontents. Another Failure of GM. Great little car with very little backing from GM on their warranty that was promoted.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Reliability is built in. Excellent auto!

Best car for the money, zero dollars spent in repairs after 52,000 miles. Very quiet, well built, comfortable seats, smooth ride. Rides like a luxury car.
I brought my 2007 Chevy Express 3500 Roadtrek 210 in for regular maintenance & RI inspection. They went above & beyond my expectations & for a great price. I highly recommend this service dept for your Chevy. Thank you for the excellent job!

This car would be great to transition from gas to EV. Best of both worlds and you’ll go full EV in no time. I’ve driven this car for two years with zero problems and one oil change.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

99% of my driving is on electricity, and that means 99% of my "fuel" is domestic. On electricity it's rated at 105 MPGe. When I need to go on a long trip, no charging station is EVER needed, because it uses gas on those RARE occasions when I need it, and I get a respectable 42 MPG on gasoline. No 220v charger is needed. The included 110v charger is all I need. I love this automobile.
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

I bought my 2016 Chevy volt used about a year ago. I really love the idea of hybrid and EVs but I’m not sold on full battery yet due to charging times. I love that the Volt can do both. If you have time to charge it, great, if not just drive it on gas. The car is great solidly built. I have had Nissan, Honda and dodge cars this by far is the most solidly built car. No rattles or shakes while driving. The ride is quiet and smooth, it really makes driving pleasureable. When going long distances 42mpg is great if you can drive 65-70 if you have a lead foot you’ll be more around 32-36mpg. Overall I’ve had this car for 1 year and I’ve put 22,000 miles (32,000 total) on it. The Chevy dealer told me my brakes still look brand new. Great Car!
Everyone friendly and professional. They took care of a few minor problems at no charge. All of our dealings with this dealership have been positive.
Love saving gas and getting high mpgs!

This was my 2nd volt purchase. I loved getting 40 miles electric range per charge and going over 1000 miles before filling up the gas tank! I especially liked the added safety features in this car: lane departure and collision alert. Comfortable ride and good acceleration and drive.
Purchased New Forester. Purchased first forester here 2003, Impreza 2012. Always courteous and went beyond expectations, from Cooperstein in sales and Paul in service in 2003 to Yvonne in service and Kim and Scott in sales in 2018.
