I am very happy with my purchase. The sales consultant, Nicholas Raymond, was very helpful. In the future if i need a amother car or help, i would look for him. Very paitient and understanding for the customers needs.
As soon as my husband and I approached the doors of the dealership we were greeted by someone and taken care of. Rachael is our sales person and she???s very patient and knowledgeable about the car. We enjoyed interacting with everyone we met with during the process - and for people who have rarely purchased new cars that???s a relief. A diverse group of confident likeable people.
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
It was the greatest car buying experience i have ever been apart of. If you are putting off buying a car cause you cant stand the salesman and the back and forth. Plus being there for hours. I highly recommend giveing the guys at E&J motors a shot.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Just bought my Audi Q5 from here and I loved the service from the whole team. Sales people not pushy at all, no pressure atmosphere and clean car at fair price. Gave us a great value for our Acura. Finally, they got us a better rate than our bank could! Highly recommend great people.
Bought a Subaru from these guys and I have to say the made the experience as painless as possible. We knew what we wanted going in and they didn't jerk us around or waste our time trying to nickle and dime us. We made a fair offer and they accepted knowing we didn't have a lot of time that day. With that said, I was very disappointed to find out later that night as I was leaving to drive back home over the pass, that both headlights were burned out. I should have checked myself before i drove it off the lot but they told me it went through a basic inspection and i believe this would have been found. It should have been fixed or at least disclosed to me prior to the sale. If I had known i would have still bought the car but got it fixed earlier that same day. Instead, we had to wait until the next morning to work on it and got home a day late. Also, the car had some grime on it. That might sound petty and I didn't expect a full detail but there was sticky build up on the turn signal that could be scraped off in chunks and food bits in all the nooks and crannies. I guess when you're selling a Subaru in Oregon you don't have to spruce it up, these cars sell themselves. Overall, I'm happy with the car and got it for a fair price. I would buy from these guys again but be more careful about inspecting it myself.

Purchased a Honda CR-V from Luxury Auto Plex today. This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have been happier with the services and smooth process provided by Luxury Auto. I had called ahead expressing my interest in this car, and they had it out and ready for me upon arrival. They were very helpful and eager to sell me a car, however, they allowed me space to view the car and explore it on my own. This was a big comfort because other dealerships I have visited have been pushy and overwhelming. They were very patience and helpful with the paperwork. Very nice personable people that made my first car buying experience not only successful, but enjoyable! Would highly recommend checking out their lot to anyone interested in their cars.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it.
The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep.
I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total..

I had a great experience with Steve S. and McMinnville Honda. They delivered exactly as advertised with no hidden expenses or fees. They didn't have the exact color and trim I wanted, but located it quickly for me and got it in in less than a week.
Cameron and Michael made the buying process very simple and straight forward. We purchased two new vehicles on the same day. One of the cars was a dealer trade from a dealership near Seattle. The car was delayed due to bad traffic. We completed the paperwork while we were at the dealership. My son was then provided a loaner and the dealership then delivered the car to our home the next day in Lake Oswego.
This dealer is very easy to work with. Parts department very knowledgeable about the operation on my car they were going to do unfortunately did not have the parts to fix it that day. I have another appointment at the end of the week expect we done well.
Appreciate the service I received from Donnie Simons. He really went the extra mile to get the cars I wanted for my wife and I. Highly recommend him.
