I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.

I drove up from Akron, Ohio, because I love the customer service. They got me in and out pretty quick, oil change/ wash and wax. Plugged my passenger front tire. I got on the highway and almost back to Akron and my tire light came on, no reading on the tire. I didn't want to drive back to Cleveland so I took it to Dave Towel Cadilac in Akron, the pulled the tire and said the sensor was gone , when Central Cadilac plugged the tire the sensor must have fallen out. So with that being said , I had to pay 100.00 to get it fixed , that was my deductible with my extended warranty.... hopefully I can be reimbursed some kind of way....

Good gas mileage! Nice accessories and roomier than the compact cars we usually get! Lol! It’s still maneuverable and absolutely love the rear view camera(never had one before)!

Jeremy Bushelon was very patient being how busy he was. I was not expecting to be at the dealership for as long as I was, but Jeremy made it very pleasant while I waited for all my paperwork to go through .Great sales man. Very knowledgeable on the car he sold me.

Had to replace fuel pump shortly after the purchase ... constantly getting stuck at locations because vehicle wouldn't start ... now I'm hearing about recall for tires

Amazing world class vehicle. Ride quality and driving dynamics are greatly improved over previous generations. Interior quality is among the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish they would build more so they are easier to find and a little cheaper to buy.

What can I say, I bought a newer version, and now I have to let it go. Extremely reliable car, has never let me down especially trips from New Jersey to Florida. Built like a tank…..

Right now, I still have one! Purchased in '07, as I needed a quick replacement. Dealer said it was a lease trade-in and it only had 19k miles on it. Did some suspension work, and recently had to redo the underside rocker panels; but otherwise the car is original! General Motors outdid themselves in quality with this particular vehicle.

I bought a used car. Should I lower my expectations? The Don Sitts dealership does not lower theirs! The car was very clean and almost perfect otherwise! The owner’s manual was missing but they assured me that they would get one for me! It has only been a week and I don’t know if they have one on the way... I would go back to them as everything else was just right!

We use this vehicle for weekend outings and for just having fun. Very reliable, very comfortable and very fast. I think everyone should own one.

We were in the market For a used car for my almost 16 year old son and Harry helped us find the perfect car for him! Two days later my son still has a glued smile on his face! Good service, however your service department needs to provide paper floor mats while cars are being serviced. Moved here from California 3 years ago and every time I check out from your service dept my drivers side floor mat is covered with black shoe/boot marks. Your dealership is my encounter where the paper floor mats are not used as standard protocol. And most dealerships also provide the plastic driver seat covers while being serviced. Other than that, I have been treated with friendly and courteous employees.

Purchased a used 2020 equinox lt sport 2.0 turbo,9 speed transmission,the 2.0 packs a punch,comfortable seats,nice ride,handles well,has all the bells and whistles,full panoramic moonroof,i am 6ft tall have plenty of head room in back seat,leather interior,the auto start stop can be disabled by placing the shifter in L and pressing the + button 9 times.

I was searching the internet for a Mustang GT. There were many available. However, the prices were higher than I thought they were worth, considering the milage and condition. Classic Chevrolet had a one owner with modest milage 2007 GT. I inquired about the car. Sam Miller was very prompt in responding. He was very helpful with information and pricing. I visited the dealer for a test drive. Sam was very accommodating with the purchasing process. I would highly recommend this dealership. They did an excellent job cleaning and detailing my car. I bought my SUV new in 2020. Went on a trip to Nashville. First thing I noticed was the awesome gas mileage!! 31 mpg!! It has 15,800 miles on it. I keep getting calls from Dealerships to trade it in.

had the truck for 30 k miles. Only one issue of a hydralic lifter failure @ 7k miles. They say its common with the multi displacement V8s. i would have rated it better if the engine problem did not happen. When you pay 50k Plus for a truck, you don't expect early failure of engine components.

Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

We drove 3-1/2 hours to get a truck and I can guarantee you if we ever need another vehicle, this is where we will go. Vince was our sales guy and he was very helpful with any questions we had. He had everything ready to go by the time we got there and we were in and out in 30 minutes. The facility was super clean and all of the staff very friendly and professional. 5 stars all around!
