Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

We took our 2022 Tahoe for oil change and paint protection maintenance, and the experience was good. I will keep going to this location for my Tahoe's services.

Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! Charging at Home Is Simple, either use 110v and charge overnight or upgrade 220v dryer plug We picked up a Level 2 home charger for about $150 on Amazon. Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Pulls same amount of power as microwave or toaster oven. Real Cost to Charge Let’s run the math: Electric rate: $0.10 per kWh Efficiency: ~4.5 miles per kWh Monthly driving: 2,000 miles each car That works out to: 2,000 miles at 4.5miles/kW at 10cents/kW= $44/month So for just $44 a month, each Bolt drives 2,000 miles. Compare that to a gas car at 30 MPG and $3.50/gallon: 2,000 miles at 30MPG= 66.7gals times $3.50 = $233/month That’s nearly $190/month in savings per car, just on fuel. Multiply that by 3 cars and a full year, and the numbers quickly add up. I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

The Bolt is the perfect car for commuting and errands around town, particularly if you can charge at home. It is small on the outside but spacious on the inside (at least in the front seats). It is surprisingly peppy - you can easily get the tires to chirp in accelerating. On the downside, not all Bolts have DC fast charging, which would make it impractical for road trips and if you don't have home charging. Check charge port for the orange cap - that means it has DC charging. The Bolts with DC charging only charge at 55 kw, slower than most. Road trips are possible, but it will take an hour to charge every 250 miles. Overall, the Bolt is fun to drive, practical, and great value for money.

I love driving this car! It is fast and efficient. I love the one-pedal braking and seldom have to use the brake pedal. It also has a hand brake on the left side of the steering wheel that is a great accessory. The car looks small, but there is ample room for 4 adults. The storage in the back is limited, but plenty of space for our needs. We can also put two suitcases in that space. If it is just the two of us, we can drop the back seat and create more than enough space for all the luggage we would need on a long trip. The torque is outstanding and is great to have entering a freeway or passing another vehicle. The visibility around and behind the car is the best I think I've ever had in a car. No maintenance other than tire rotations and we have solar panels at our house, so I haven't paid for gasoline (or electricity) in over 3 years. The only negative is long distance driving and that will soon be solved when the Tesla Supercharging Station adapters will be available for GM cars in 2024. Did I say this was a great car? We love it.

Owned from new to 66,000 miles and never had a problem whatsoever. Saved us over $5000 vs a typical gasoline car, plus all the maintenance that goes along with one. Quick, fits just about anywhere, and the cheapest EV one can buy with respectable range. Have owned 63 cars, and this one was the most reliable and cheapest to keep.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Just absolutely love this car! The only drawback, and it's minor in comparison, is the seats upfront which I find a bit rigid. Nevertheless with minor and rather cheap investments the seats can be cushioned to better support the driver and passenger. The seats in the back are well cushioned oddly enough and comfortable. Love the technology, which there's plenty of. The car keeps you well informed of its driving efficiency via evaluation info panels thereby helping the driver to drive better overall. I should mention that if the vehicle is purchased used it may not come with the stock self-healing tires and that is somewhat of a concern as GM does not, by reason of the battery location, provide the vehicle with any spare at all. This can be mitigated by purchasing a cheap compatible tire for a 2011-2014 Chevy Cruze which will fit the vehicle just so one can make it to a repair shop. I drives quietly and quite smoothly in both acceleration and deceleration, even in one-pedal driving, making it a real pleasure to get around in. The sound system is also very good and very configurable.
