I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. It was time to trade in our 2008 Ford Edge, so we went online shopping. We saw a car that caught our eye and decided to stop in and check out Thrifty, based on a friends recent experience. The car we originally wanted to see had already sold, so we strolled the lot with Mike to see what was available. We looked at a Ford Explorer then a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very easy going, no pressure whatsoever. We fell in love with the Jeep and purchased the same day! So easy and customer friendly. Easily the best buying experience we've ever had!! We have purchased MANY cars over the years at a certain dealership in Agawam, but, this was our FIRST experience at Balise Chevy Buick GMC on Hall of Fame Ave. in Springfield, MA. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a dependable car with a payment we could afford. We could tell that he loved his job! We were also impressed with the Sales Manager, Mike Spanilo. He chatted with us a few times (always with a smile ). We saw Mike interacting with all the other the employees and it was apparent that he was liked by all. HONESTLY, Gary made this the EASIEST and BEST experience we have had at a dealership... I was in need of a newer and reliable vehicle, I had researched your used car's online. I found one that I really liked. When I spoke to Bill I told him that I had a minimum monthly payment. While taking the car for a test drive, Chris in finance got to work on getting me approved for a loan. Not once did either of them make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford with a much bigger payments. Not only did I get approved but I purchased a car that I wanted and my monthly payments and interest rate was lower than originally anticipated. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle with no pressure! I got to drive my new car home the same night. Changing of the Guard! ---I witness the renewing of talent at Scranton. BRAVO. What might be the most difficult task for a transition of management --- the transition of service! I have a nearly unique view of Scranton. My wife and I traded a Jaguar for a Cadillac in 1980 +/-. We have purchased a car from Scranton every few years since. There is "truth in anecdote." --- Scranton serviced our PT Cruiser for 10-years! --- With grace and caring and humor!
My truck had a recall, made my appointment online and showed up at the time scheduled. The staff had me in and out very quickly. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend them!
