I purchased this truck new in December 2012. Its a 2013 Silverado 1500 4x4 Reg Cab LS with 4.8L engine. Currently 190,000 miles. Until last month, I've only performed recommended maintenance as outlined in owners manual. All maintenance performed by dealer. At 185,000 miles replaced right front hub +- $700.00. Outside of scheduled maintenance that's it for 185K miles. Paint and interior still look great! Very reliable, well built truck. Still getting 18MPG consistently for 190K miles. Very good traction offroad - which accounts for 20 percent of my driving.
Great oil change however transmission overdrive still bounces back between 1500 and 2000rpm intermittently. Might be a vacuum leak or speed sensor or governor issue. Not sure. Tranny still under warranty...needs to be addressed..thank you I believe it is a 46rh

This car reminds me of the Pontiac Bonneville i used to own they ride like a tank you do not feel the road at all.
Pat & Nick Pilotte in the Service Dept. 'went the extra mile' to troubleshoot a problem with my Grand Vitara regarding its failure to start (on-going over the past 1.5 yrs). They have never been able to replicate the issue until now. Pat offered to give me a loaner car, pick mine up, keep it overnight, & have it at the dealership all the next day. They did their best to avoid my need for having a (pricey) new starter installed; checking out all connections & wiring, etc. My car was returned the next day to my workplace. After a week, the problem has (so far!) not occurred again; keeping my fingers crossed!! I truly appreciate the honesty & integrity of your employees; those attributes are in short supply these days. My thanks to all of you.

It's such an improvement sitting a little higher and the feel of more stability on the road. Amenities make driving so much more stress free :)
Excellent customer service, from first telephone contact, to friendly efficient appointment and warranty work (heater core replacement); loner car and follow-up by phone regarding satisfaction. I value service, attention to detail and punctuality. Excellent experience...I will be using them for future maintenance and warranty work when necessary in the future.

I love my little car so much

This car was everything I needed for the year I had it. Super reliable on long road trips. Great on gas for a little SUV. Would own this car all over again if I didn’t need something with towing abilities.
It has everything that I need in a work vehicle Space Looks and Reliability. The interior provides plenty of leg room and comfort. The exterior provides the Professional Look that I was in the market for.
It is all around a great, reliable car. Plenty of room inside the cab with an extended bed, but didn't feel like a big truck when driving on the road. Great interior design and super comfortable for the long drives. The performance the engine puts out is impressive. It was well taken care of and has many many many more miles to go! Even after 5 years of owning the car I am still impressed by it everyday I'm driving down the road.
This whole process of repair and service to my 2009 vehicle was complemented by their respectful listening to me, my requests, my concerns - from my phone call to set the appointment all the way through the day of service on my vehicle. Full explanations given, and calm nature from staff, was a huge part of why I return.

Reliable car and worth every $ has more legroom

Has more legroom than my impala 2011. Great and sharp looking.
Best car I've ever bought. Great ride- firm but smooth and quiet. Acceleration is strong but linear- not sudden jerk. Average 30 MPG. Handling is sporty- but not a sports sedan. Transmission shifts smoothly and always in the right gear- no hunting. Seats are comfortable but not on a long trip. Forward visibility is good, but headlights just adequate. Side and rear pillars block view- rear camera helps with backing, but not great- camera does not have any guide and fogs easily. Forward Collision Assist has activated 3 times when no car visible- twice in rain and fog, and once on a knoll. Side mirror alert rarely works when merging or changing lanes. Lane Assist tugs the steering wheel and is very annoying, so I leave it off- should be warning light and chime only. Now have nearly 36,000 miles and no mechanical problems, but I keep the Lane Assist turned off and wish I could turn of the Forward Collision Assist because it is too sensitive.
