Bennett in service was absolutely amazing when my car was recently in the shop for over a month.

I got there exactly on time and they got my truck right in. My oil change and tire rotation as well as the multi-point inspection were done in about an hour. The service people were friendly and courteous and the waiting area clean and comfortable. No complaints.
A young man named James Loso was my service rep. He was intelligent, kind & very helpful. He advised me when my work was done and he helped me set up 'My Buick' on my cell phone. He was patient and caring and made my visit to Alderman's truly exceptional!!

Devon called and advised how the work was progressing and when it was finished he offered to stay a few minutes extra so I could pick up my car! I made it, with time to spare! When I first moved here 3 years ago I had a problem with my car meet Sean problem was solved one day had another problem meet Mike two of the best my sister lives in Newport for many years one day her car need repairs I said to her let's go to see either Sean or Mike now she goes to your garage for all her needs ty you two of your best just wanted to let you guys know
The salesman was great and met my needs and deal. He didn't insult my intelligence. But it also shouldn't have taken a big run around by management to acquire this. I renounced what I could afford and the first deal was too high. If I got the deal I was looking for in the end then it shouldn't have taken a bunch of haggling to achieve this. It should have been a flat out yes or no in the beginning.
After gong to the dealership from where I purchased my 2016 GMC Denali and given the run around about the issues I had and that they were going to charge me a $1000.00 and the issues, according to them, were not under warrantee (Mileage was 1200 miles), I contacted Alderman's GMC in Rutland and they took care of my issues that WERE under warrantee. Great service, knowledgeable people. GREAT pleasure to deal with.
The whole process was super fast and easy and everyone was a great help and made sure I got the truck I wanted at the price I could afford! I will definitely return for my next truck!
