Drove from Canton to look at a new Charger, was greeted by Sean, looked at the car and within 10 minutes they had beaten every price that I had from other dealer's!!! Went to Credit Unin got a check , came back and was done in about 10 minutes!!!! Total buying time abut 30 minutes, not all day with a salesman and then 5 calls when you leave ... what an awesome experience and wonderful folks who try to help you !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!
We were shopping for a new truck. We had been to several dealerships. When down to the final numbers they just couldn't budge off their price our trade. Fortunately for us we found a higher end model locally for $12k off msrp and the same for our trade they were giving ys
We bought a 2008 Chevy Equinox today that we had seen on Cars.com. Very Low miles and priced right. When we got there the car was every bit as nice as the pictures depicted the car to be. Actually it was as like new as you can get on a used car. There was absolutely NO pressure and good home town North Carolina folk to work with. We really had a good time there too! While we finished the paperwork the car was but through a final service, tire pressure checked, ect....
Talking with them they seem to be supportive with issues that may come up after purchase within reason.
Although we come to look at one particular car in which we purchased, everything I saw on the lot looked so like new and very appealing.
To sum it up, I would not hesitate to send my friends and relatives to browse their inventory in the future.

I drove an hour to trade my Mercedes for a Lexus they had taken in on trade and although the negoations started out slow and we couldn't come to an agreement that night, Jonathon said they would try and get some clarification on the value of my car and get back with me the next day. So I drove home that night thinking Yeah Yeah Sure, Whatever. I'd heard that before. Sure enough though Jonathon called the next morning and after just a little bit more negoation we were able to come to an agreement and the deal was done. I drove back at that point and picked up the car. I say all that to say that even though they could not make a deal that worked for me that night, they kept trying to get me a deal I would be happy with. I've bought quite a few cars from the so called upper end car dealers in and around Charlotte and never has it been so simple and easy to just go in and purchase a car. Oh and by the way, during that night while I was waiting to hear back the price had dropped on the car on line and although they didn't know that. When I brought it to their attention thinking it would " No you've ask for to much already, the deal is what it is " But no, they honored it without question. These are just really good people to deal with.
So if you ever need a deal on a vehicle go and see Jonathon Arrowood. As they say " You'll be glad you did " But if your not go back and see them I'll bet they make it right.
This place was awesome to work with! Submitted an inquiry on Sunday, got a call and text on Monday morning, and was at the dealership buying the truck by the evening. Andy was a great associate to work with! He made sure to call and text me and let me know that the truck I was interstates in was getting sent to auction the next day. He got me the truck I wanted, for the deal I wanted, at 30 minutes before close! He and the financial advisor both stayed 2 hours past closing time to get me in the truck before I left. I would definitely recommend!

Looking over your listing, I simply do not understand the average rating. My wife and I purchased a car from Paramount, and it was a wonderful experience. From past experience, I'm accustomed to the old fashion back & forth with the salesmen. To my surprise and pleasure, this didn't happen here. The car we were interested in was offered at a very good price. Then they offered me a trade-in value on our car that was at the very highest end of the value range I found on-line. Based on this, I didn't haggle at all, and happily accepted the first offer as submitted. Paperwork was fast, all of the staff were extremely friendly while being professional. I will certainly be back to Paramount for future business, and happily recommend them to others.

After having some issues with another area Chevorlet dealer locating a vehicle. I found Everett had a similarly equipped vehicle in stock on the lot. I called them on my way to the dealership to ensure the vehicle was available and it was. I went in and knew what I wanted and they we happy to accommodate. Overall a great purchase experience would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

When I wandered onto the sales floor while waiting for my truck to be serviced, I met friendly, helpful folks there (Jerry Snyder) who showed me a new truck and let me drive it. Prices were reasonable for the work done. Everett is a superb dealership and I left highly satisfied - I'll be back!
Before I made the drive from Tennessee. I called and spoke with Eric Bates in Sales. I told him what I was interested in (a 2018 Outback) and he said they had many in stock. The next day, I drove to Asheville and Eric was waiting for me. Eric was both knowledgeable and personable. He had the right Outback waiting for me (both color and options). After a test drive, I decided to purchase it. The price was right and so was the car. The buying experience was made easier by Ms. King in the finance department. And while Eric did a thorough job explaining all of the options and settings, the dealership offers a second review of the car about three weeks later because they know it is hard to absorb all of the info the first time.
In short, my buying experience was excellent and I recommend both Prestige Subaru and Eric Bates.
I was treated very fairly. The price on the truck I purchased was very competitive, and the offer on my trade was solid. After a small amount of negotiating, we arrived at an agreement which was beneficial to both. A good deal is when both buyer and seller are happy. The dealer also agreed to adjust something on the truck as part of the deal. My wife and I were both pleased. I walked in thinking that a deal was beyond our reach and was pleasantly surprised at the result, namely our purchase.

I recently went to Spruce Pine Chevrolet for an oil change and tire rotation. During the included free vehicle inspection they found a brake problem that I didn't know was there. The service manager explained the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. I agreed and the repair was done at that time as the parts department had the parts in stock. They showed me the old parts so I wouldn't think they were charging me for a repair that wasn't done. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. I will seriously consider this dealership when I need to trade cars.
