I drove up from Lubbock because they had something specific on the lot that I was looking for. I got a good price for the car I bought and a good price for the car I traded. They helped me understand the features and history of the car I was buying. I've never had a better experience buying a car.

We purchased a used 98' Chevy Lumina for our daughter with the Bill Allison Dealership. We felt good in all respects with the service we received from Lynn and George. We felt no pressure, only friendly helpful attitudes. They also took care of getting all paperwork done for us, had mechanical checkup done and repairs made before we took it home and said to call if an issue reappeared. We would highly recommend dealing with these gentlemen.
Saw my first vehicle on-line and decided to drive the 100 miles to look at it. George and Lynn were very friendly with no pressure. They made the buying process stress free. When I decided it was time to purchase another vehicle I told them exactly what I wanted and they found it. I will definitely return to them when it is time to trade again.
I bought a Kia Sorrento from the guys at Allison Auto in Pampa a few years ago after taking a huge hit by 3 deer on my brand new Nissan Maxima. It took me 4 months to find the perfect car for me, that I could afford, and that I could buy on my own with no problems, concerns or questions. I was not sure that a Kia Sorrento was for me, but they let me take the car for a week and keep it throughout a snow and ice storm without hesitation or worrying about me bringing it back. I drove it and decided I loved it and it would be a great car for my family who does foster care. That transaction was so super smooth and easy and the guys who work there are THE BEST IN TEXAS!!!!!! These are some honest and top notch caring men! I decided about a month Go I needed to trade my Kia in for another car because I commute a long way each day, so the only place that came to my mind was THE BILL ALLISON AUTO shop in Pampa again. And, I looked online, went to visit, took home another almost brand new Kia Sorrento, and it was love at first sight. They let me keep it again for a week before deciding, and then we did all the dealing on the phone together with my credit union. These guys are truly awesome to deal with and care wbout what you want and think and NEED. I will go to them again when I am ready for another car for me or my daughter.
I was recently searching for a truck online and came upon one of interest listed at Bill Allison's. I live in Colorado, so I ended up calling the dealership and speaking with Lynn. He was great to work with and provide all the information that I required and more. After my conversations with Lynn, I made the decision to fly to Texas with the intent on buying the truck. The truck was as described (actually, it exceeded expectations), and I was given the time needed to check out the vehicle before we completed the purchase. I drove it home that day, and I am very pleased. Lynn took time to follow up with me the next day as well. From my perspective I experience honesty which earned my trust.
Gave us all the time we needed to check out the vehicle. worked with us to get the numbers on our trade in where we wanted. wasn't able to get all service done so he offered to pay for them at a later date. very friendly definitely but again.
All of the guys at Bill Allison's Auto Sales were equally helpful, there was no hassle, bullying by salesman and they were always looking into my best interest. I test drove several different cars, checked mileage per gallon by driving it on the highway to make sure the car I chose best fit ME and my pocketbook. After this experience buying a car from anywhere else would not make any sense. They have a customer for life! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
You couldn't ask for better customer service. The parts department and service department work together to get you the satisfaction that you deserve. Getting to know there customers is one of the best assets of a local owned company.
Aside from them lowballing me on a potential trade in I get along great with Fenton.
They have a lot of confidence in their service dept.
