been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

Service members were respectful and knowledgeable. Service was quick because they have multiple service members assisting customers. Drop off was quick and easy.. my vehicle was ready in a couple of hours.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

I called the service department on October 15, 2025. Because I thought that the front collision avoidance system on my new 2025 Telluride was not operating. I Spoke with Giana. And asked if I stopped by could one of the techs look at it and ascertain if it was just shut off, or if it was something else, and I would have to make an appointment for service. She was very accommodating and advised me to stop down. When I arrived I spoke with Erin. Who came out to see if there was a reason for the system to be off. But it looked fine. Then Rubio. One of the service technicians came over to look at it. And he took it for a test drive. When he came back he advised me that all of the systems were working as they should be. He also explained to me how and under what conditions the front collision avoidance system works. I want to thank Giana and Erin for helping me and especially Rubio for taking the time to test drive the car and for explaining the system to me. My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I actually really like Lake City Buick service dept. Not only are they friendly but they go out of their way to make you feel at home . Robbie is always straight up on what needs to be done to my truck, I pass two dealerships I used and never get the service like Lake City gives. I drive 80 miles to get my service work done there. Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Service was thorough and efficient. They sent me a video of the inspection and all my questions were answered in a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and friendly way.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

I recently purchased a 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 with very low miles and in like new condition from another state. I found a 2016 Ford flex online through true car and set up an appointment for a test drive. Greg Morris was quick to respond and kept in touch with me answering all questions up to my appointment. When I arrived the car was out front. I had to wait a few minutes but not long and we went for a little test drive. I had already been pre approved by my bank for the loan so I went to get the check and Greg had my new car washed for me and waiting by the front Door. Signed all the paperwork there is a bit. Total time from appointment to complete was 4 hrs. But half that I was at the bank because I filled out my paperwork wrong. Had I done it correctly the dealership would have been able to complete that portion for me and save time. This dealership is full of gorgeous new jeeps and chargers and lots more. I had a very nice experience thanks to Greg! I absolutely love my new to me car!

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

I purposely waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see what kind of follow up Rainbow did and I wanted to go through the first service of the truck with their service department. I purchased the Sierra 1500 truck with the small diesel engine in April. It has been a fantastic truck so far and I am getting over 30 mpg on the Causeway. First, it was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson, Rocky Comeaux. She was not pushy, she listened and she answered questions. There were two questions that she did not know the answer to - and instead of making up a response, she asked someone in her department. Having been in sales at one time for 8 years, this was refreshing that a salesperson did not try to "look good" in front of the customer and not look like she did not know what she was doing and made sure my questions were answered correctly. Rocky has followed up with me several times since the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Second, I traded in a 2004 Dodge Ram truck with over 360,000 miles with the original motor and transmission. I take care of my vehicles, and longevity of the truck was important to me. As such, the long term warranty options were of interest. Rainbow explained them, and they treated me fair on my trade in. Third, paying for the vehicle was easy and picking it up was seamless. Fourth, I recently brought the truck in for the first oil change and service. The service department was booked for over a week but getting the appointment was easy on the app and I picked up the truck later that day at my convenience. The only hiccup on the service was that the DEF was not refilled. When I brought this to the service department's attention, they immediately apologized and filled it up asap. The service department was very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them as we have a 2013 GMC Suburban still going strong.

My 2022 Silverado High Country was involved in a car accident caused by a teen, and the truck saved my life, the emergency collision system reacted right away, prevented an even worse outcome. I can't wait to fix my truck. It's amazing in every way, its quite a looker too. I had just done a 4" Lift Kit and was about to throw on some 35s, can't wait to do that, here soon. I would recommend this truck to everyone. Chevy really did am amazing job, with inside and outside, just an amazing truck overall.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.
