Purchased a new High Country Silverado for my father this week and cannot express in words how pleasant the experience was. We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Our salesman???s name was George Barton he was very kind and helpful and he got us into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander for only $50 more a month than we were paying for our old 2007 van! Plus we have an awesome warranty. Thank you so much George and Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi😊
We received excellent care. They worked with us and got us the payments we could afford and we left with a new Mitsubishi Outlander. Wasnt really planning on buying. We just went to look but left with a new car.
I had an excellent journey throughout the purchase of my new Jeep Compass. I had the opportunity to work with Robin through email and texting to seal the deal. She was great to work with. She was not working the only day I could make the 2 hour trip, so she handed off all the documents of the deal to another salesperson, Jason. Upon arrival at the facility, Jason met me before I could get to the building. He was also great. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He was certainly a live wire. Keep me in conversation the whole time. I was in and on the road within 2 hours. Great deal.

We are always satisfied with the service. This time, my wife brought the car in and had questions regarding the Navigation aspect of the CUE. We had just updated this on our 2013 SRX. A technician took her to a new model SRX and spent about 20 minutes with her, going over the Navigation until she was comfortable with all aspects of that. We are very happy with Bill Gattons and with our Cadillac and will probably be repeat customers.

together, ron and cody made the buying process uncomplicated and less arduous for my husband and I who are disabled as well as our daughter, our principal driver. they answered all questions to our satisfaction and arranged financing to match our budget. moreover, they stood by their claim of making car purchasing less difficult in that ron brought the paperwork as well as the vehicle to our home in Kingsport where he as well picked up our trade-in vehicle. they pulled out all stops to make sure our customer experience in doing this. we really appreciate these extra steps taken due to our disabled state and the inclimate weather.
When I arrived at the dealership for my very first visit, I thought I had an appointment for service since I had made it online. However, I learned it is best to call for an appointment because my request for an appointment did not make it through to the service department. But, the service representative said it would not be a problem working my car into the schedule that morning. They promptly serviced my vehicle and had me back on the road within an hour. I was impressed that my wait time was reasonable since they had no idea I was coming that morning. Yes, I will return in the future.
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.
Trusting a car dealer is not easy.. But, Brent Morris has not only made buying a car enjoyable, but I trust him and think of his as a new dear friend. Thank you Brent for working with me for 3 days and then everything else. Look forward to driving my new Subaru for many years!!
