A Wonderful Car to own

In Sept 2018 I was looking for a SUV and the Chevy Equinox met all my requirements. I purchased it for a fair price and it's January 2019 and 35,000 miles later I am still happy with my Equinox. I have had no issues except with the Michelin tires having to be replaced at 24,000 miles. Michelin pro-rated the tires and a new set cost me $400.00 plus tax and mounting/balance. I am very satisfied with my Equinox.

Mark was the sales person my brother, Brad Temple, and I dealt with in purchasing my 2012 Honda Civic. Mark was awesome. He was super easy to talk to and was able to answer any of our questions. The experience was enjoyable with no stress. Thank you Mark!
Love my Suburban

I am so pleased with my 2015 suburban. We were looking for a Great family vehicle that we won’t out grow and this is it. All the tech is easy to use and makes driving the suburban feel luxurious! The suburban blows my 2014 Acura TL out of the water in comfort and ride. It’s much more quiet and drives so smooth. The turning radius is impressive. I cannot be more happy with this vehicle.
Fleet purchase of 2018 Tahoe through government purchasing processes. Brett Taylor and Taylor and Sons Dealership were excellent, as always.

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
Always have a very satisfying experience at Taylor Chevy. The staff is friendly and explains all repairs so I can make a good decision. I appreciate all their efforts, every time I am there. Thanks Taylor Chevy!!
uses oil and cylinder issues

very disappointed in the motor with using oil spark plugs having to be replaced in certain cylinders and false messages appearing on the message board.
Heidi was my salesperson. She was professional, efficient, easy going, and attentive to my questions. She made buying my new Traverse so simple and easy. It took me several days to decide and she did not pressure me in the least. She also has been awesome about following through on extra accessories that I wanted after the sale. The signing process was easy and took 30 minutes with no pressure. LOVED THAT!
Has good and bad points

The truck is a little under powered. There are some rattles that should not be there. The hook up for the safety chains and receiver for the hitch are a 1 or 2 out of 5. The ride is quite comfortable.
Excellent small crossover offers great mileage (averaging 29mpg city, and just completed 800-mile holiday trip at 34mpg that included hilly terrain.) Leather seats are a bit stiff, but everyrhing else is great.
The service department is excellent. Took my car in for new tires & brakes...It's nice to go somewhere where everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, honest. My next car purchase will be with them!

This vehicle drives and rides so smooth, I love the sporty look of the exterior, there is plenty of legroom between the back and front seats, very roomy in the front
Great sales team, awesome service department. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an honest, fair,& very customer oriented dealership.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I'm enjoying it alot and will deal with him in the future. Thanks Bill and good luck.
This is the best truck I have purchased. Plenty of leg room both front and back. Color both interior and exterior is wonderful. Dash is easy to understand. Overall very well.
