We came to Gateway to check out leasing options after one of our vehicles was stolen. When we discussed our budget and discovered that leasing wasn't a realistic option for us, they offered us a great deal on a lightly used option. Stephanie was awesome and she didn't pressure us or make us feel like we had to make a snap decision we weren't sure about. I love my new Kia Rio!

Counting the last time we went car shopping in 2006 and this time we probably spoke to 15, or more, car salesman at five different brands of dealers. and MIke Kipp was the most knowledgeable that we encountered. There is a lot to know about the Volt - and Mike knew it all. Also great is that there were no surprises at all at the closing, just a clear bill for the agreed upon price and a flawlessly prepped car.
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
