I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?

I had a recall on my 2012 f-150. They ordered my part in a timely matter, called me when it arrived. Got me in quickly for an appointment(sat). Which was very helpful for me!!! Also gave me a loaner car to drive around while me service was being done!!! They where awesome to me!!! Highly recommend them!!!

There are so many features, the world of discovery adds to the fun in my life. Within the first 1200 miles I took two six hour (no breaks) trips, I'm 62 and can get pretty stove up sitting for long periods, the Air conditioned seats are wonderful, I jumped out to get the mail and had run clear across the street before realizing how long it had been, to move that quick, GREAT TRUCK, Driving fatigue after six hours on both days, was almost none existent. A pleasure to travel again, I'm a Happy boy.

This car isn't for the faint of heart, there is a lot of power in this v8 455hp engine. The interior design is a little tight, but conforms to the body while keeping everything within easy reach. The leather interior and workmanship is fantastic, the stitching in the seats, dash and steering wheel help give the car a more custom feel. There are a lot of gadgets to play with inside the 2SS from the infotainment system to the interior lighting and even a rearview mirror/camera (not to be confused with the reverse camera). While I have read many complaints about the exterior design, that was actually one of the draws for me. I like the new grill design as well as the new tail lights and the many options available to help customize the exterior to your very own desires. Handling is great, the car is very responsive. There are multiple mode choices for driving, each changes the handling in specific ways, so you can choose which is the right fit for your current driving needs (regular Tour mode driving, Sport mode, Track mode and Ice/Snow mode). The clutch and gas are smooth and changing gears is a breeze. The toughest thing to do is keep your MPHs down, this car just wants to go. I did my research before I ordered. I also took test drives to get a feel for it. I am nearing my first full month with this Camaro 2SS and it is everything I thought it should be and more. It has exceeded my expectations and I'm still grinning each time I get behind the wheel and start up the engine to hear it purr.

This car is a good one. I upgraded from a 17 Cruze to the 19. Though similar, the 19 is more sleek. I'm 6'6 and have room for my long legs.

Well, that's what it felt like to me to get my "brand new" 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 p/u. My wife has been very ill for many years & we haven't had a new vehicle in 35+ years. We bought 2 new cars the same day from another dealer nearly 3 years ago, one for my wife and one for me. This way we have reliable transportation with factory warranty for a few years, at least. My F-150 had a service light indication for AdvancTrac and began experiencing 4 - wheel drive shifting complications. While still under my factory 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty, I chose Jacky Jones Ford and made an appointment to leave my truck with them for diagnostics. They ordered the part(s), completed a 49 - point inspection, asked me about my preference in a new set of tires, and called me promptly when my truck was ready. Although it was tough to leave my truck with them for a day or two because I depend on it so much for work and family. I was pleased with the work performed and left with the confidence and assurance that my truck was back in good order! I will shop Jacky Jones for our next 2 Ford's, considering they took care of my truck just as if it were one of their own.

It is tough, smart and great on gas. Im enjoying my new speakers the smart phone compatability is very handy. Also the Chevy Colorado drives smooth in towns with rough roads and on the highway. 100% recomend purchasing one of these vehicles.

My heart dropped when my jeep broke down on vacation, July 4th week. I had AAA tow it to the closest jeep dealer and prayed for the best. I called and let them know it was on its way, they told me they were short staffed due to the holiday but they would try to work me in. I don't know if they heard the panic in my voice, they had it in and out in a day. I have never dealt with this dealership before this, so all I can say is Thank you to the service department you guys are awesome.
