Prior to speaking with Lee at MIG, we searched around for a used Colorado, but each time, the dealers seemed unwilling to negotiate reasonably. Discouraged, we decided to make the trip up to Bellefontaine to test drive a Z71 model. Lee greeted us and talked about what we were looking for. He set us up for a test drive around town in a great truck, and when we decided to talk price, Lee was willing to negotiate a great deal, including a fair trade for our aging minivan. While I did not end up buying a vehicle from MIG, it was not in anyway shape or form because of the dealership or staff. I stopped at MIG on the way home to look at a Durango after driving 6+ hours to look at a different one that had been grossly misrepresented by the dealer. I walked into MIG and was quickly greeted by Lee Spain who took the time to talk to me about what I was interested in doing even though he also had another customer in the building. He got the Durango unlocked and allowed me to look it over without putting any pressure on me. In the meantime he worked up an offer on our trade. The offer on our trade was the best we got from any dealer throughout our entire buying process. In the end we decided to order a new Durango from the factory from our local dealership, the ONLY thing that kept me from ordering from MIG was the 5 hour drive there and back, and the fact that my local dealership was (finally) willing to match the offer Lee made me on a factory order. But I never was as comfortable at my local dealership, and if I ever need to buy another new vehicle or used for that matter I will check MIG first, they truly are a reputable place in a sea of shady car dealerships. I would highly recommend anyone local use this dealership and would even go as far as to say they are worth a long drive if you want a good comfortable, and fair experience.
I did a 2 week interview search to find a pre-owned vehicle that had all the options I wanted. Found the car at MIG and contacted Justin WIllis. He responded immediately. We did the deal on the phone and I purchased a one-way ticket from Atlanta from Columbus. Justin had a driver waiting to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the dealership.
